I was not
having a
good hair
day…but
anyways,
cut the
leaves off
the
cauliflower
!

Wash it…
And cut it…
Into bite-
sized pieces!

7. STEP 3: MAKE THE COATING
Add the
flour…
Add the
garlic
powder…
Add the
onion
powder…
Add the
paprika…

8. CONTINUED…
Add the
salt…
Add the water… Add the milk and mix!

9. STEP 4: COAT THE CAULIFLOWER

Bake for 25
minutes!

Put butter into
two
saucepans…

Add Apple cider vinegar and
water
Add Frank’s Red
Hot

SAUCES

15. STEP 9: PUT BACK ON TRAY AND
COOK SOME MORE
Don’t forget to add the salt on the SALT and vinegar
wings!

19. MY REVIEW
These cauliflower wings were not bad at all! They took longer than the
recipe said but it was worth it making them. They turned out not looking
exactly like the original recipe, however they tasted better than we
thought! The cauliflower’s coating gave a nice crunch and the sauces
brought out traditional flavors seen in meat wings. My family and I will
most likely makes these again but with more flavors like honey barbecue
and lemon pepper. In addition, these wings are perfect appetizers for
parties, holidays and other events and don’t harm the environment by not
containing meat, making them even more delicious!
