- 21. Project Overview
• 2008 NSDI CAP - Joint Canadian/US Cross-Border SDI project to
deliver foundations of online mapping environment to help identify
critical infrastructures.
• Deploys online services based on OGC Web Feature Service
(WFS), Filter, GML and CubeWerx software in Montana and Quebec.
• Begins integrating CI data models from Montana with NIDM from
Canada and DHS Geospatial Data Model.
• Cross-border users access online services and identify critical
infrastructure with Gaia and CarbonArc PRO - an OGC SDI extension
for ESRI ArcGIS from The Carbon Project.
Project will deliver an online operational environment
that can be integrated into critical infrastructure operations.
