As a Deputy Manager-Renewal Department (Oct 2015 to till date)
Company is one of the top medical insurance company in India and here am taking care
of Analytical part for Banca insurance channel with the below mentioned responsibilities:
 Handle PAN India renewals for all Banca channel partners in respect of their
persistency level of renewal, taken care of reasons by using analytical skills of any
decline in renewal rate at product level i.e. which product is not moving, at location
level and at customer satisfaction level.
 Coordinate with partner banks, providing data with various type of analysis in form
MIS or notes to aware them the areas of shortcomings where they need some extra
effort. Quality audit and revenue audit of calling centre from where calling for
renewals have been done.
 Indulge in other renewals related activities like implementation of various payment
modes in system, field management system and providing suggestions to make
website of Religare more users friendly.
 Bhushan Steel Ltd. Shahibabad Unit, Ghaziabad
As a Management Trainee –Accounts Department (June 2015 to Oct 2016)
It is a manufacturer co. of Steel product like Sheets, Coils, Tubes and pipes and it is the 3rd
largest secondary steel producing company where I was handling the following jobs:
 Here I was using FI module of SAP for posting of monthly expenses of all concerned
branches to Sahibabad unit, analysing the trend of expenses and scrutiny of
availability of CENVAT credit and service tax credit on those bills.
 Preparation of monthly stock reconciliation between inter-units and branches, and
preparation of monthly input, output VAT credit report for VAT returns.
 Providing assistance in preparation of cost sheets by checking the calculation and
application of standard formulas from which I learned some costing of
manufacturing concern.
 Completed my Internship from P. Tandon & Co, Bareilly.
 Statutory Audit:
 Played a lead role in Limited Review of Oriental Insurance Co., Regional Office,
Lucknow which consists of 13 Divisional Offices, 3 third party hubs and 3 service
centres. Verify the MIRDA and BIRDA schedules, Provisioning of MACT Claims,
consolidation of trial balance, 1 to 10 schedules and statutory compliances and
reporting to H.O. Delhi as per their requirements.
 Tax Audits :
 Experience in Tax Audit for a Group of companies in the field of Trading, Marketing,
Hotels and School, had responsibility of Valuation of Closing Stock in the respective
companies & consolidation of Balance Sheet & Profit and Loss A/c.
 Experience in Tax audit of Edible Oil Manufacturing Company named B.L. Agro Ltd.,
was Responsible for Vouching of Books of Accounts, Preparation of Raw Material
Consumption details per unit, Monthly Reconciliation of the Bank Statements,
Checking TDS Liability on Various payments.
 Internal Audits :
 Experience of Internal Audit of Uppal Developers Pvt. Ltd. Mentioned Company
was carrying the business of shopping mall. I was responsible for verification of
Rent Income and Common Area Maintenance Income as per agreements and
escalations in clauses if any, Signage Income and Kiosks Income, Aging of Debtors,
