1 : PROFILE:
I am a Charted Engineer with over fifteen years’ experience in offshore pipeline design from
conceptual engineering through to detailed design. I also have Project Management and Inspection,
Maintenance and Repair experience in the North Sea, Australia and Middle East.
Recently I have been providing and managing the engineering support for the inspection of two
subsea pipelines in Kuwait. The work involved liaising with the client and providing owners
engineering support and reviewing and working with their subcontractors.
Prior to that I was responsible for managing a large FEED scope for OXY’s Phase 5 Development of the
Idd El Shargi Field in the Middle East. Prior to taking over the role, I worked in Doha as the Interface
Manager where I was responsible for interfacing with the client and topside engineering contractor.
I have also been responsible for managing various other smaller projects from small FEED scopes
though to extensive experience assessing free span rectifications during IMR campaigns.
I have experience working in Total’s Marine and Pipeline department in Aberdeen during an 18 month
secondment where I acted as an offshore representative for an ROV inspection campaign and free
span rectification using rock dumping as well as performing riser defect assessments and identifying
and assessing a clamp failure on a SSIV structure.
As an engineer I have over 10 years’ experience performing, checking and approving detailed
calculations from all aspects of offshore pipeline design including tie-in spools and structural pipework.

Lead Project Engineer responsible for overseeing the engineering for performing the pipeline
inspection of two subsea bunnkerlines. Responsible for overseeing the generation of client
documentation including HSE Plan, Project Execution and Quality Plan, Emergency Response Plan,
Medical Emergency Response Plan, Oil Spill Containment and Response Procedures, Project
Emergency Notification Chart, Subcontractor Management Plan. I was also responsible for reviewing
the supplied data, determining the pigability of the pipelines, proposing modifications for pigability and
identify inconsistencies between the original design and as-built configurations.

Project Manager responsible for overseeing the free span, stability and revalidation of VIC-P44 Henry
pipeline. ROV footage also highlighted that the stability mattress had been damaged resulting in half
the original restraint was available. Revised and optimised stability analysis was performed and
validated by DNV.
Oxy’s Idd El Shargi Phase 5 FEED
Project Manager for the subsea pipelines FEED and riser detailed design associated with the Idd El
Shargi Phase 5 project, offshore Qatar. Cameron managed a team of up to 15 personnel to deliver this
fast track project that involving 26 subsea pipelines, risers, and associated subsea tie-ins.

Reviewed the available pipeline repair scenarios for performing a deepwater pipeline repair along the
