- 2. DATA ACTIONS PLANS We at Walt Whitman are intentional about analyzing and displaying data throughout our school.
- 3. UNWRAPPED STANDARDS AND COLLABORATIVE LESSONS Daily lessons are taught at a higher level of Blooms to enhance mastery. Instruction is differentiated to meet individual student needs . Grade levels and Staff PLCs continuously meet to cement the vertical articulation of both our culture and curriculum.
- 4. INSTRUCTIONAL LEADERSHIP TEAM Our comprehensive leadership team consists of Staff Development Teacher, PBIS, Child Study, Instructional Leadership Team, PLCs, Parent Facilitator, and Parent & Community Support

- Meetings began with the discussion of data, action plans and standards. One big ahh that came out of this process was that a common language among the staff developed, and everyone gained a deeper understanding of what our students should know and understand about instruction.
- Each shareholder is essential in our school’s improvement and growth.Each team meets at a scheduled time to discuss and create instructional strategies, analyze data, and provide job embedded professional development that will impact instruction and raise student achievement .
