This section explains why the suggested project should be carried out and why it was chosen above
other options. The impact of not implementing the project should also be mentioned, and when
appropriate, quantitative support should be offered.
The importance of this study may be overstated, as sleep deprivation has recently become a significant
problem affecting students' academic performance. Insufficient quantity or quality of sleep, including
intentional or involuntary insomnia and circadian rhythm sleep disorders, is known as sleep deprivation.
Students often suffer from sleep deprivation, daytime sleepiness, and depressive symptoms, all of which
are associated with poor academic performance. It is important to identify high-risk students and provide
targeted treatment. These problems can be partially resolved by promoting healthy sleep habits and
getting an education in sleep medicine. The human body needs sleep just as it needs food and drink, but
many people don't get enough sleep. It will be valuable and meaningful to teachers, school administrators,
and future researchers. The project preliminary observations are: Increased cardio vascular risk, chronic
pain syndromes and Performance in school.
