 Plans are “what-if?” tests to evaluate and fine-tune possible
portfolio updates that are required to meet portfolio targets:
– Ranking Rules:
 Change primary constraint
 Change ranking attributes ( 700 possible – 240 defaulted):
– Approved, Required, Alignment, Risk and ROI (non default)
– Analyze aggregate constraint values and ranking rules (Waterlines View)
– Scorecard, Analysis, Capacity and Financials portlets
