Reporting Line:
 Direct Reporting to the President cum Group CFO (in Korea) and Managing Director in
UAE.
 Dotted line reporting to Vice President of Investor Group.
Responsibilities:
 Preparation of financial Statements.
 Statement of Financial Position
 Statement of Income
 Cash Flow Statement
 Preparation of Costing Records:
 Production Cost sheet
 Fixed and variable cost and analysis
 Project Costing which includes budget preparation and variance analysis
 Preparation of Cash budgets and plan cash inflows to meet cash outflows by foreseeing
future requirements. In case of cash excess, advise the management on use of available
funds and in case of cash shortage, to restructure liabilities with creditors and evaluating
available alternatives.
 Prepare and monitor the supplier payment schedules in accordance with their aging.
 Preparation of audit schedules for interim and annual audits as well as internal audit and
coordinate with the auditors.

with the budgeted production.

2) Worked for Allied Support Technologies Pvt.Ltd as a Manager, Finance & Accounts,
Bangalore from March, 2012 till September -2013.
Responsibilities:
 Understanding the Business Process of the Clients to Set up Accounting Packages.
 Creation of GL Accounts and other Master data into the Accounting Packages..
 Direct interaction with the Clients to solve their quires.
 Working on QuickBooks, Peachtree and Tally ERP Accounting Software's for the
