1. Meat
1 Lb. Smoked Turkey Breast,
(Approx. 3 Cups)
cut into 1 inch cubes
Fillin’ s
1 C Red Seedless Grapes, halved
2/3 C Celery, chopped
3 T Slivered Almonds, toasted
Directions
1. In large bowl, combine smoked turkey, grapes, celery and almonds.
2. Add spices and lemon juice, stirring to blend with turkey mixture.
3. Fold mayonnaise into mixture until fully blended.
4. Place smoked turkey salad in sealed container and refrigerate overnight
before serving for best flavor. Serve as salad or as a sandwich.
