Features of the App Rate the system Insights & Measures Comment on the system Raise an issue Allows people to rate the system, which would help users to understand about the functioning of a department in a particular city Allows people to comment and get into a conversation with a specific department in a specific city. Helping people understand the metrics verbally based on various cuts and helping government create awareness among public. Allows people contact the respective authority with ease.
