Why Run?
1. You were literally born to run.
2. Cardiovascular health.
3. You’ll eat more and sleep great.
4. You’ll always feel better after a run.
5. It will make you see the world differently.
How to get started.

1. Run around the block or a nearby park.
2. Realize you’re out of shape.
3. Run at a pace you can speak easily. This will be slow.
4. Add no more than 10% each week.
5. Make it a habit.

2. You’ll have good stories.

5. You’ll feel you can do anything.
