Manage $18 million in spares inventories for sales and service in support of seven (7) business units for all of North
America. Primary responsibilities include developing and managing inventory stocking strategies across the US for
semiconductor business units (BU) including Clean Track and Clean/Scrubber Systems supporting Intel, Samsung,
Micron, and other US based accounts. Elements of the stocking strategy plan require fulfilling corporate customer
contractual commitments, and maintaining key performance indicator metrics (KPI) while operating within budget
requirements.

• Team lead in the development of new process for developing Recommended Spares Parts List (RSPL)
including data modeling, analysis, and Access queries utilized in the Phase1 roll-out.

• Developed and rolled out planning strategies to improve AB stocking performance and delivery, DOI analysis
to minimize zero-bin stocking conditions and buyback data analysis to move aging stock
• Developed and implemented a process to review and approve parts for purchase resulting in a 35% savings by
lowering the value of purchase orders. Process was replicated and rolled out to inventory planners across all
US business units.
• Daily inventory management and analysis in conjunction with the above processes contributed to lowering the
Clean Track BU US inventory levels from $10 million to $7 million over two fiscal years. The inventory
adjustments are real time allowing inventory levels to mirror economic changes in the industry while
continuing to meet or exceed multiple department KPI (Key Performance Indictor) targets related to customer
satisfaction and emergency procurement orders.

As the Global Supply Chain Manager, I was responsible for procurement, production planning, and international
logistics utilizing factories in China and Bolivia. Project Manager for projects including the implementation of a
new US based customization program, new product development, and product revisions.
• Designed and implemented processes for managing inventory and projects for a new corporate program that
required sourcing and managing new suppliers, resulted in $400K in revenue during the first year and grew
28% the second year.
• Decreased production lead time from 60 to 45 days for small form factor soft goods manufactured overseas.

• Negotiated and implemented polices with our primary factories that include storage of raw materials based
upon production forecast, storage of finished goods at the factory and shipments of mixed containers which
produced shorter lead times and higher inventory turns.

As Project Manager, I managed relationships and coordinated efforts between clients, account managers, business
development managers, technology specialists, programmers and vendors. Responsible for project planning,
estimating, scheduling, resource allocation, contract management, risk assessment, cost tracking, procurement,
billing and reporting.
• System Analyst and Project Manager for three bio-medical lab custom software development projects
including the Center for Disease Control (CDC). Services included pre-sales consulting, application
specification development and project management for application development and installation.
• Managed a multi-year rollout project valued over $7M for Frito Lay involving wireless (RF) network services,
hardware configuration, delivery and installation across 40 plus plants and distribution centers
• Managed a $210K project for Joe D Hughes, a division of Halliburton, consisting of RF handheld terminals,
outdoor wireless coverage, Wavelink’s Mobile Manager wireless network monitoring software and software
development with a SQL database to extend the clients existing ERP system and inventory management
processes to the yard.
• Successfully stabilized and closed a project for Nordstrom valued at $120K in professional services and $1M
in annual consumable sales after being assigned as Project Manager halfway into the project. The project
consisted of a SQL database with an ASP front-end to manage network printing across multiple facilities.
• Managed a wireless (RF) network services and hardware configuration and delivery project for Dell
Computers valued at $530K for four facilities
• Managed a turnkey systems integration project for General Atomics located within Tinker Airforce Base
valued at $529K and consisting of software development, wireless (RF) network services, hardware
deployment and maintenance
• Served as primary Pre-Sales System Architect and Project Manager for projects utilizing third party software
products and services including Intellitrack that produced over $500K in software, professional services and
