RE: Fire, Floods and Famine: What can we do about Climate Change?
As the world faces what may be the biggest challenge in human history, we must
address global climate change and greatly reduce carbon emissions to have a
reasonable chance of limiting global warming to 2 degrees. It is vital we educate
the public about the threat and impacts of global climate change as well as the
potential solutions.
Southern Alliance for Clean Energy (SACE) would like to offer its endorsement
and support of the upcoming symposium on climate change, “Fire, Floods and
Famine: What Can We Do About Climate Change?” sponsored by the Unitarian
Universalist Church of Sarasota and co-sponsored by BDH Associates, LLC.
This event takes place on Feb. 11th and tickets are now on sale at:
<www.climatechange.uusarasota.org>
SACE will gladly share information about this important event with our members,
activists and through social media.
