2. Importance of “thrive”
The word “thrive” describes the impact that TEG hopes to leave on
the Entertainment Industry
Definitions: 1. to prosper; be fortunate or successful. 2. to grow or
develop vigorously; flourish
Thrive represents success, so when our company name is said, we
hope to have established a brand of “development” not just from a
client perspective, but of the company as well.
Our company name would be considered a Descriptive Mark and there
is availability on USPTO for our company name
3. Entertainment Group v.
Music Group
Thrive Entertainment Group or Thrive
Music Group
Entertainment Group > Music Group
due to not limiting business to just
music. TEG plans to grow into to
Sports, TV, and Film as well
4. Logo
!
Initial logo is basic and not effective. We
will need to design a new logo but it will
still only have the logo with the
abbreviated with TEG instead of Thrive
Ent. Group.
5. Roc Nation Logo
The choice of red is to gain the attention with
the bold brightness.
Adding the object, represents the “diamond”
that Jay-Z’s brand is represented by. Having a
symbol or object that can represent your
brand shows how much you are established
6. NIKE Logo
Nike established their brand by having an
identifiable object as an attention grabber. The
“Nike Check” has become one of the most
familiar logos. So much so that they no longer
had to include the name “Nike” on their logo
anymore.
7. Corporate Culture
Provide clients with career developing
opportunities and establish their
position as a recognizable brand within
the industry.
Spirit of Service
Policy of honesty, integrity,
accountability, and innovation
8. Corporate Culture
The key to carrying out objectives of
the company will be time. Music industry
is extremely time-sensitive with
meetings, deadlines, proposals, etc.
Emphasis on teamwork will also be
stressed because it is important for
everyone involved to contribute.
10. Mission Statement
Concise and clear because in the music
industry there are two audiences from
our company’s perspective; a) the artist
and b) their fans.
By holding the artist to higher
standards than the competition, their
fans will be provided with better
entertainment.
12. Tagline
Plenty Fans complain of the absence of
quality music in Hip-Hop and R&B.
TEG wants to address the issue head
on for both the artist and their fans so
they understand how important
“quality” is to TEG.
