The goal of the presentation is to share Comtrade knowledge in the adoption of an agile project management approach, with a focus on Scrum. Presentation discusses about challenges we were facing with waterfall project management. In addition, there is a brief overview of key concepts of agile and scrum, as well as why we chose agile and scrum to replace waterfall, how we introduced agile to our teams, some of the immediate benefits we realized, the challenges we face in our transformation and our next steps and how we are continually improving our approach each week.
