It’s an exciting time to be at Bosley.
After pausing recently to celebrate our 30th anniversary and to fondly reflect on our proud heritage, we return immediately to our unrelenting look forward.
We see a bright future as we launch into our next 30 years – a time we know will be filled with challenges and rewards unlike we’ve ever seen before.
To help us focus, and to ensure success and fortune for all those we touch – our patients, our team members, our shareholders and the members of the
communities in which we live – we have forged a set of core values that we will use to guide us through these new times.
We intend for these values to be inherent in all our actions, and to be apparent to all who come in contact with Bosley. In some cases, these values signify
what Bosley has always stood for. In other cases, because we are not perfect, they represent our aspirations. And because we will never be perfect – we’re
humans after all – we plan to constantly reflect on these values to keep us in check and on track.

More than just words...
The whole is equal to the sum of its parts. Bosley team members are a special group of people who make a difference in their communities through
volunteer efforts, contributions and participation in many wonderful programs. To mention a few…
   •   Financial sponsorship for and leadership in the Concern Foundation, raising money to support cancer research.
   •   Fundraising for various organizations including the Leukemia and Lymphoma Cancer Society, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, AIDS Walk,
       and Toys for Tots.
   •   Donations to support those in crisis, locally and abroad, such as tsunami relief funds for Southeast Asia (through CARE), victims of the Katrina
       Hurricane, and local family crisis centers.
   •   Support for performing arts education, such as the nationally-renowned Center Theater Group in Los Angeles.
As an organization, Bosley is active in professional and medical communities.
   •   Bosley has arrangements with Mayo Scottsdale, State University of New York Downstate, New York University, University of Texas at Houston Schools
       of Medicine, Baylor College of Medicine, and the University of Pennsylvania Medical School to provide training to Dermatology residents in hair
       transplantation.
   •   Office Managers and Clinical Supervisors sit on advisory boards for many local technical schools that provide training and certification
       for our clinical professionals.
   •   Bosley is the inaugural and sole sponsor of the North American Hair Research Society Mentorship (NAHRS), as well as a regular sponsor for the
       National Areata Alopecia Foundation (NAAF), the new Advances in Hair Biology lectureship at the International Society for Hair Restoration Surgery
       (ISHRS), and other hair-related organizations and forums.
Our parent company, through the Aderans Love Charity, has donated nearly 4,000 wigs to children who have lost their hair through accident, injury, illness,
or as a side effect of medical treatment, such as radiation therapy or chemotherapy.

Bosley team members are a special group of people who make a difference in their communities through volunteer efforts, contributions and participation in many wonderful programs. To mention a few… • Financial sponsorship for and leadership in the Concern Foundation, raising money to support cancer research. • Fundraising for various organizations including the Leukemia and Lymphoma Cancer Society, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, AIDS Walk, and Toys for Tots. • Donations to support those in crisis, locally and abroad, such as tsunami relief funds for Southeast Asia (through CARE), victims of the Katrina Hurricane, and local family crisis centers. • Support for performing arts education, such as the nationally-renowned Center Theater Group in Los Angeles. As an organization, Bosley is active in professional and medical communities. • Bosley has arrangements with Mayo Scottsdale, State University of New York Downstate, New York University, University of Texas at Houston Schools of Medicine, Baylor College of Medicine, and the University of Pennsylvania Medical School to provide training to Dermatology residents in hair transplantation. • Office Managers and Clinical Supervisors sit on advisory boards for many local technical schools that provide training and certification for our clinical professionals. • Bosley is the inaugural and sole sponsor of the North American Hair Research Society Mentorship (NAHRS), as well as a regular sponsor for the National Areata Alopecia Foundation (NAAF), the new Advances in Hair Biology lectureship at the International Society for Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS), and other hair-related organizations and forums. Our parent company, through the Aderans Love Charity, has donated nearly 4,000 wigs to children who have lost their hair through accident, injury, illness, or as a side effect of medical treatment, such as radiation therapy or chemotherapy.
