Buisness and Value is held nearly exclusivly by employees – the mere person in place interacting with customers. Companies like the big five only hold brand, a minimum on administrative and financial service structures, but no assets that would be of any value, if not at service for the employees. Digital Transformation drives even manufacturing organisations to rethink proportions of production assessts to knowledge assets.
