L3 Dynamics Makes An Impact : The Ripple Effect
My name is Bonnye McCoy and as the founder of L3 Dynamics I would like to invite you to
entertain a new way of thinking, living and interacting with your co-workers, spouses, clients
and children. We live in a societal infrastructure that challenges us, and often attempts to
dictate to us a ‘normal’.
It is my calling to ask you, what is your ‘normal’? Society has an idea that doesn’t generalize
to a diverse population. In a highly technologically driven and ‘connected’ world, inaccurate
concepts of ‘normal’ and exclusive guidelines can be discouraging, unattainable behaviors in
which we measure our value and the value of those around us daily.
L3 Dynamics strives to allow you to be intentional and to
disconnect from this notion of ‘normal’. What direction can you
take to get to a freedom that you forgot you had, or maybe never
conceived that you possessed?
The ‘ripple effect ’ is the mission of this company. As a drop of
water hits the surface of a body of water the ripple is carried to
an immeasurable destination beyond the center of initial impact.
Each individual ripple is unique, and poses a different challenge
to the body of water. The droplets move and slide over one
another, working together. No ripple is the same. The body of
water represents the medium through which this new impact of
life flows over the surface, changing the body of water with each ripple. One small drop can
2
set off a series of reactions that completely shapes each wave, each situation on the
surface, differently.
Every ripple, or step towards that freedom, will require a new life skill, and a deeper
understanding. Every droplet, or person involved, effecting this ripple is unique and critical in
progressing to this education and freedom.
The vision of L3 Dynamics aligns with the methodologies inclusive of but not limited to:
optimum educational experiences directed at growth; empowerment; streamlining beneficial
strategies that can be applied and generalized; assistance in a collaborative way free of
judgement. This vision allows false ideals of societal ‘normals’ to be identified and handled
together. L3 facilitates in a way that allows challenges to be embraced with the goal
ultimately of acceptance presented in an empathetic way. The desire of L3 is to have an
intentional impact with you.
A speciality of this company is to identify challenges and questions that surround you in your
world with you. Every child, client, family, and company has specific goals and diverse needs.
Connecting you with professionals who can continue to help you move forward on the journey,
should that be a need, is critical and provided.
The freedom of having direction is priceless. Direction saves time, money and precious space
in your life to release worry and fear of the unknown and makes room for acceptance, love
and grace. I have experienced the demand for this company. I have many years of practical
counseling in both educational and clinical settings. Talking to people with children who learn
differently, have special needs, and are constantly challenged and discouraged by society’s
definition of ‘normal’ is a part of my everyday culture. The evolution of acceptance that
everyone can be different, learn differently and be unique is upon us.
Servant leadership requires a level of humility that is not popular in our culture today, but it is
an integral piece of the mission of L3 Dynamics. It is important for all parties involved to
understand this process requires patience, collaboration and reflection. With this at the
forefront of the mission of L3 Dynamics we move forward with a program tailored to your
unique needs with grace, compassion and confidence.

Bonnye McCoy, M.Ed.
Bonnye is a driven, highly motivated professional who is recognized for
the ability to manage and train personnel in a variety of areas. Her wide
range of experiences have blended to make her uniquely qualified to
provide training in the field of educational needs to individuals, families,
and businesses alike. Bonnye has been a leader in every field she has
entered. She started as a high-level student athlete where she served as
captain of the USF women’s volleyball team. After receiving her bachelor’s
degree she worked in the field of biological sciences. It was there that she
realized her passion for teaching and moved on to become a middle school
and high school teacher and a coach. She created a landmark establishment in the Polk County school
system by developing and implementing the first ever Sports Medicine Academy. In creating this
magnet program, she paired her coaching, teaching, and leadership abilities in collaboration with
families and students to develop a program that met their needs within the community.
After receiving her Masters of Education, Bonnye went on to become an Assistant Principal of
Curriculum and Instruction within a Charter School. She continued developing and implementing
new programs via educational administration and further honed her proficiency in working with
individuals and groups from a wide variety of socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. It was here
that she realized the drastic need of resources for the families of children with ASD and other special
needs.
In order to more thoroughly grasp the field of applied behavior science, she became an Applied
Behavior Analyst (ABA). Here she worked alongside special needs children inclusive of those on the
Autism Spectrum to improve communication, behavior, and various other critical life skills in
one-to-one and social group skills settings. She has trained ABA’s as well as Board Certified Behavior
Analysts how to effectively and compassionately communicate with families following therapy
sessions in staff meetings. Her coaching and education experience have been integral in successfully
implementing Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) Advocacy for families of children with special
needs in school, and is still utilized as an IEP consultant.
Bonnye further integrated into the field by becoming a staff member at a children’s gym that is
inclusive of all, but was specifically developed for children on the ASD Spectrum. Here she served as a
community liaison in support for parents of special needs family inclusive of Autism Spectrum
Disorder (ASD) children and in-field professionals to facilitate positive change. She thinks “outside
the box” and has created art programs for children with sensory difficulties, and multi-tasked it all
while educating her own children at home for the past two years.
Bonnye is personable, persuasive, and she is highly respected for displaying a positive leadership
approach. Her aptitude for decision-making, critical thinking skills, and an unwavering drive to help
organizations reach their maximum potential led to the development of L3 Dynamics as a means to
truly implement needed change. Bonnye and her company unify integrity, innovative thinking, and
leadership attributes to ensure superior satisfaction among all stakeholders. Her life-long history of
4
public service with a passion for helping people and worthwhile organizations reach their full
potential through dynamic training are the foundations of L3 Dynamics.

  • 1. L3 Dynamics, LLC Light, Love, Leadership Bonnye McCoy ,M. Ed., Founder bonnye.mccoy@gmail.com Streamlining, Empowering, Educating, Connecting For Wonderfully Made People L3 Dynamics Makes An Impact : The Ripple Effect My name is Bonnye McCoy and as the founder of L3 Dynamics I would like to invite you to entertain a new way of thinking, living and interacting with your co-workers, spouses, clients and children. We live in a societal infrastructure that challenges us, and often attempts to dictate to us a ‘normal’. It is my calling to ask you, what is your ‘normal’? Society has an idea that doesn’t generalize to a diverse population. In a highly technologically driven and ‘connected’ world, inaccurate concepts of ‘normal’ and exclusive guidelines can be discouraging, unattainable behaviors in which we measure our value and the value of those around us daily. L3 Dynamics strives to allow you to be intentional and to disconnect from this notion of ‘normal’. What direction can you take to get to a freedom that you forgot you had, or maybe never conceived that you possessed? The ‘ripple effect ’ is the mission of this company. As a drop of water hits the surface of a body of water the ripple is carried to an immeasurable destination beyond the center of initial impact. Each individual ripple is unique, and poses a different challenge to the body of water. The droplets move and slide over one another, working together. No ripple is the same. The body of water represents the medium through which this new impact of life flows over the surface, changing the body of water with each ripple. One small drop can
  • 2. 2 set off a series of reactions that completely shapes each wave, each situation on the surface, differently. Every ripple, or step towards that freedom, will require a new life skill, and a deeper understanding. Every droplet, or person involved, effecting this ripple is unique and critical in progressing to this education and freedom. The vision of L3 Dynamics aligns with the methodologies inclusive of but not limited to: optimum educational experiences directed at growth; empowerment; streamlining beneficial strategies that can be applied and generalized; assistance in a collaborative way free of judgement. This vision allows false ideals of societal ‘normals’ to be identified and handled together. L3 facilitates in a way that allows challenges to be embraced with the goal ultimately of acceptance presented in an empathetic way. The desire of L3 is to have an intentional impact with you. A speciality of this company is to identify challenges and questions that surround you in your world with you. Every child, client, family, and company has specific goals and diverse needs. Connecting you with professionals who can continue to help you move forward on the journey, should that be a need, is critical and provided. The freedom of having direction is priceless. Direction saves time, money and precious space in your life to release worry and fear of the unknown and makes room for acceptance, love and grace. I have experienced the demand for this company. I have many years of practical counseling in both educational and clinical settings. Talking to people with children who learn differently, have special needs, and are constantly challenged and discouraged by society’s definition of ‘normal’ is a part of my everyday culture. The evolution of acceptance that everyone can be different, learn differently and be unique is upon us. Servant leadership requires a level of humility that is not popular in our culture today, but it is an integral piece of the mission of L3 Dynamics. Her wide range of experiences have blended to make her uniquely qualified to provide training in the field of educational needs to individuals, families, and businesses alike. Bonnye has been a leader in every field she has entered. She started as a high-level student athlete where she served as captain of the USF women’s volleyball team. After receiving her bachelor’s degree she worked in the field of biological sciences. It was there that she realized her passion for teaching and moved on to become a middle school and high school teacher and a coach. She created a landmark establishment in the Polk County school system by developing and implementing the first ever Sports Medicine Academy. In creating this magnet program, she paired her coaching, teaching, and leadership abilities in collaboration with families and students to develop a program that met their needs within the community. After receiving her Masters of Education, Bonnye went on to become an Assistant Principal of Curriculum and Instruction within a Charter School. She continued developing and implementing new programs via educational administration and further honed her proficiency in working with individuals and groups from a wide variety of socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. It was here that she realized the drastic need of resources for the families of children with ASD and other special needs. In order to more thoroughly grasp the field of applied behavior science, she became an Applied Behavior Analyst (ABA). Here she worked alongside special needs children inclusive of those on the Autism Spectrum to improve communication, behavior, and various other critical life skills in one-to-one and social group skills settings. She has trained ABA’s as well as Board Certified Behavior Analysts how to effectively and compassionately communicate with families following therapy sessions in staff meetings. Her coaching and education experience have been integral in successfully implementing Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) Advocacy for families of children with special needs in school, and is still utilized as an IEP consultant. Bonnye further integrated into the field by becoming a staff member at a children’s gym that is inclusive of all, but was specifically developed for children on the ASD Spectrum. Here she served as a community liaison in support for parents of special needs family inclusive of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) children and in-field professionals to facilitate positive change. She thinks “outside the box” and has created art programs for children with sensory difficulties, and multi-tasked it all while educating her own children at home for the past two years. Bonnye is personable, persuasive, and she is highly respected for displaying a positive leadership approach. Her aptitude for decision-making, critical thinking skills, and an unwavering drive to help organizations reach their maximum potential led to the development of L3 Dynamics as a means to truly implement needed change.
