Up to 2 months once all required
documentation has been submitted.
Path 1 (Option 1): Work Visa
Incorporate a company and hire
yourself as an employee.
Requirements.
• An employment contract from a
Peruvian employer (i.e. your company)
prepared by a lawyer.
• Registration with the Peruvian tax
authority (SUNAT).
7. Requirements.
• A minimum investment value of
S/500,000 PEN.
• Commitment letter to create 5
local employment positions.
Duration.
1 year, extendable by 1 year after
expiration.
Application Processing Time.
Between 1 and 2 months once all
required documentation has been
submitted.
