A STUDY ON THE ROLE OF INTERNATIONAL MARKETING IN
INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS STRATEGY WITH REFERENCE TO
CNE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. FARIDABAD, HARYANA
1. What factors inspired and motivated you to carry out the project?
Answer: I had learnt this study on a study on the role of international marketing in
international business strategy with reference to CNE Solutions Private Limited. Faridabad,
Haryana and considered this to be a highly interesting and value added topic for my MBA
project. I wish to be using this project to empirically analyse the reasons and propose
corrective action for Future private limited stakeholders I know. As marketing interests
become more prominent as a shared organizational direction and a process in which all
functions take part, the question of the next function's role becomes more pressing.
Marketing. If you're running a strong market-oriented business, how important is it to have a
well-functioning marketing department? Marketing functions must play an important role in
managing a number of important connections between customers and key company factors,
including connecting customers to products, providing services, and financial accountability,
according to the authors (Moorman, Christine; Rust, Roland T; 1990) . Managers from six
business areas and two time periods were surveyed on their marketing duties, market
orientation, the importance of marketing services, and their perception of company success.
Market-driven interpretations of financial, customer relationship, and new product success
are not the only things the marketing department can influence. In turn, market value is
shown to be a function of the degree to which it develops knowledge and abilities in linking
customers with products and with financial accountability. Customers' capacity to advertise
services significantly impacts the value of a company's marketing department.

3. What motivated and inspired you to carry out this project?
Answer: Being a researcher the role of international marketing in international business
strategy atCNE Solutions Private Limited. Faridabad, Haryanahas inspired me to carry out
this project. In today's corporate world, the international market is critical. As technology has
advanced, the globe has become a small village, and firms now have the ability to tap into
previously untapped markets. Since it already has a substantial financial foundation, GE is
well-positioned to expand its geographic reach even further. This company's approach in
these efforts must be built on leveraging the immediate domestic market in order to open up a
larger market for the company's products outside of the country. In order to help the firm,
develop its production capabilities and hence increase its profitability, the worldwide market
has a lot of possibilities. Adoption of quick and efficient adaptable techniques is one of the
issues facing this firm. As a result, the business should seek to establish practical solutions
that aid in the formulation of plans to solve this vulnerability.
4. Explain Research Methodology of your project? What did you gain from it?
Answer: I use this methodology because I have to work on the statistics of data. There are
many different types of statistical analysis. Choosing the correct analytical approach for my
situation can be a daunting process. In this section we’ll get an overview of the statistical
3. procedures that are potentially available and under what circumstances they are used. You
should plan your statistical approach at the start of your project, before you collect any data.
Different statistical tests have different requirements and planning in advance has various
benefits:
Knowing the statistical approach will allow you to plan the way you collect your data.
You will save time because you only collect relevant data.
You will save effort. If you simply collect data and then look for a way to carry out an
analysis.
You may find that you do not have quite what you need to answer your research
question.
Knowing what type of project you have and what sort of data you will collect can be useful in
determining the best analytical approach. Read notes on types of project, types of data and
recording your data next or jump direct to the key. The key should allow you to work out
what statistical test is most appropriate for your project. At some future point I’ll add notes
about how to carry out some of the analyses. The shape of the data affects the kind of
analyses you can carry out. The most common test is to compare to the normal distribution
but you can also compare a distribution to another known distribution or to another sample.
There are various choices:-
Graphical analysis – histograms or quantile-quantile plots.
Comparing to the normal distribution – the Shapiro-Wilk test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov
test.
Comparing two distributions – the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test.
5. What is your recommendation with respect to the objective of your project?
Answer: Forming an internal marketing strategy is a tried-and-true methodology that many
firms use to maximize their resources and capabilities when developing a plan from the inside
or the outside. It is crucial, however, to take advantage of possibilities and minimize external
threats in the modern digital age. You'll need to adapt your strategy to the local environment,
which will require a shift in manufacturing and marketing operations to local branches. This
can minimize the strain on your business from globalization, sophisticated information and
transportation technologies as well as other factors.
4. 6. What professionals and the academic skills you were able to utilize in this
project?
Answer:
My skills are used to make project work available for preparing students for employment or
further training. Two-year college programmes, in order to develop other critical
qualifications necessary for efficient and productive professionals, should provide experience
that is beyond knowledge alone. Strategies to help students acquire the skills necessary to
succeed include courses devoted to the skills of students, the integration of student-focused
activities with regular resume offers and the involvement of students in research & internship.
Regardless of both the approaches employed, programmes should also evaluate student skills
as well as adjust the curriculum to maximise their growth.
The curriculum must include the most important skills and knowledge for the partners of the
programme. Specific experiences should be highlighted and skills for employability such as
troubleshooting, chemical literature searching and interpretation, laboratory safety,
teamwork, communication, as well as ethics must be organised. They and many other skills
required for employment before their graduation should be mastered by students.
I have been able to use various academic and professional skills in this project.
Professional Skills
In any field, that becoming an expert is essential if you'd like to succeed. However, being
such a skilled requires more than specialist knowledge or proper dressing in the situation. It
also includes attributes such as:
• arriving on time for work, taking note of materials and participating actively;
• participating fully in problem solving discussions & project planning;
Keep your skills and knowledge up to date;
• being honest and comprehensive with employees, customers or students;
Critical Thinking Skills and Problem Solving Skills
Education should develop the ability of students to analyse and evaluate information
objectively identifying valuable information, integrating new factual information into their
existing knowledge base, and developing adequate solutions to problems. Students should be
able to clearly identify problems, develop test hypotheses, design and carry out appropriate
experiments, analyse information and draw appropriate findings. In order to solve problems,
students should use appropriate knowledge and the usage of the material to understand the
fundamental concepts.
Communication skills
5. In all careers, efficient communication is vital. Since speech or rather English composition
courses by itself rarely provide the students with sufficient orally and in writing
communication experience, the MBA curriculum should include speaking and writing
opportunities and the faculty of Finance should critically evaluate them. Thus students would
be able to:
• Present clear and organized presentation of information
• Creation of visual representations of complex data sets
• Write scientifically appropriate, well-organized and concise reports
• Properly cite sources
Team Skills
The resolution of problems and chemical challenges often includes multidisciplinary teams;
communication and leadership skills are crucial for workplace success. A variety of students,
as leaders and members, should be able to function productively to solve problems & interact
productively.
The students as team members should learn how to work towards a team objective, support
team members and work together to develop a group plan. Team members should have a
shared vision, productive thoughts and feedback, specific tasks and the confidence of other
team members in doing the same.
