## How to Install R (160407)
rpm -ihv http://ftp.riken.jp/Linux/fedora/epel/7/x86_64/e/epel-release-7-5.noarch.rpm
sed -i 's/enabled=1/enabled=0/g' /etc/yum.repos.d/epel.repo
yum --enablerepo=epel -y update epel-release
yum --enablerepo=epel install R
## Use Shell commands (Bash, tcsh etc) on R
system(“bash”) ## change to bash interface
system("tcsh") ## change to tcsh interface
## Use csh script on R..
system(“./test.csh”)
## Use paste function in system()..
system(paste("ca", "t", sep=""), input=c("aaa", "bbb", "ccc”))
