ABOUT THE COMPANY:- SUBZERO INSULATION TECHNOLOGY PVT LTD is
a INDIA Base largest in Reefer container manufacturing company in ASIA Zone.
The SUBZERO is open its manufacturing plant in chakan having the tie up with ISI
yogev ltd. Which is based in Israel which is manufacturing Commercial vehicle.
• Key Deliverance:
• Leading overall production system. This is including in-line with monthly production
plan.
• Coordination with sales department for effective production, on time delivery and for
better material planning to avoid excess inventory
• Analysis of Regular customer complaint with the help of design department and
implement the changes in process.
• Design of fixtures and implementation, machine erection.
• As this company is presently founded so I have been handling all the aspects like raw
material storage, machine layout, production work station, Design of ixtures for various
process.
• Currently working on foldable bulkheads for reefer containers.
• Analysis of productivity, man-hours, rejection, rework, making plan to improve
condition and cost reduction.
• Manpower handling and arrangement of manpower for different shift.
ACHIEVEMENTS
PROJECT # 1:
 Design of Fixture for Leakage Testing of Top Cover of Gear Box (Team Size : 4)
 Old fixture for leakage testing requires more power and workers. In this project
automation is carried by using pneumatic cylinder.
