Future Managers with New Technology
Introduction:
The impact of computer in organizational management has been the subject of much
literature. As such, one can note distinct variations as to impact on different levels of
today’s management. A linear relation between the future of organizational
management and advanced computer technology has been detailed. Parameter such
as the human factor, integrated system or networking, future computer aided
manufacturing, and fifth generation computers were the key issues on
revolutionizing this same management. It is predicted that human likes robots and
thinking machines slowly will eliminate management, wherein organizational
structures will be redesigned to suit this revolution.
“THE manager is responsible for overseeing and leading the work of group of people in many instances.
The managers is also responsible for planning maintaining work systems, procedures, and policies that
enable and encourage the optimum performance of its people and other resources within a business unit”.

What is technology?
It is the application of scientific knowledge to the practical aims of human life.
Technologies & strategies used to help us solve problems & simply make our
lives better & easier to live in someway.
Who is a manager?
Managers with Technology:
Companies & staff rely on technology to help create efficient business practice.
 Business managers needs to be comfortable learning new technologies & evolving
with change, such as communicating if necessary.
As technology advances, there are progressively fewer non-digital alternative to the
day-to-day activities that allow business to operate competitively.
 Use of effective tools and applications for training and increasing staff productivity.
 Overseeing communication and organising staff and workloads.
Future managers with new technology:
 In our imagination, the future looks a lot like sci-fiction thriller that is high tech and
extremely efficient.
 The inclusion of emerging technology like machine learning and AI in various
industries.
 Many jobs will be redefined by technology in future. In fact most industries will be
fully digitalized.
As technology advances,
Innovations and communications will help the employees in a better way.
 Rapid changes in creating skill as a result managers will need to meet those demands.
According to our prediction in the future they
may need:
Tech management skills
Soft skills assessment
Diverse team management
Transparency
Emotional intelligence
Managing the future
Tech management skills:-
Managers will need to accurately understand technology to utilize
its challenges & opportunities within data management, career &
skill development.
 Mangers will need to be a constant, stable factor as they embrace
new technologies.
Soft skill assessment:-
 Soft skill means skills like listening,
efficient communication positive
attitude & great time management are
required.
Managers will also need soft skills to
understand their employees & their
learning process as the world become
more digitized.
Diverse team management:-
It is a process of creating a working environment that is both
diverse & inclusive.
 It values what every employee bring to the table as unique
so that an organization can grow & succeed accordingly.
Transparency:-
Managers are going to need higher levels of transparency & communication.
The digital world will bring more clearer and immersive ways of
communicating.
In a world where digital leaks are more likely to happen , managers have to
help meld transparency strategies that allow employees to know more about
the salaries and work practices.
Emotional intelligence(EQ):-
Over the next 8 to 10 years, its expected that EQ will become a more prominent component
at business principles.
Managers need to seek mentor and colleague assistance to identify emotionally intelligent
individuals.
 Those with higher EQ’s tend to show:
1. Greater empathy towards their clients.
2. Understand the mentalities of the competitors.
3. Gain great insight and can think in workers point of view.
Managing the Future:-
As managers learn the ropes of new gadgets like AI and machine
learning they will also learn more efficient practices that:
1. Integrate empathy
2. Critical thinking
3. Creativity for more successful business practices
4. Better workplace environment

2. Block chain
3. Quantum computing
4. AI and machine learning
5. Robotic process Automation
6. Augmented reality and Virtual reality

corporate sectorandaccordingly theygoing toanalyze thatand will leadthesector.

will getmore dataaboutsales,production, andstockssothatthemanagershould maintainthese3
thingseveryday.
