YOUR GOALS
ARE OUR GOALS
We specialize in helping young
professionals and families organize
their finances, prioritize their financial
goals and build a plan for financial
success.
This means that our meetings with
you go way beyond “How should I
invest my extra cash?” to anything
and everything about your finances…
3. WHAT DO YOU WANT TO

Always be prepared to move ahead
Tax, Insurance & Estate Planning
Protect what you’ve worked so hard for
by keeping taxes as low as possible and

you through the process to determine a

Life Events
Major changes like a new job, new
roommate or a marriage proposal call for
changes in your plan.
Everything Else
We meet a new challenge almost every day.
Bring us yours.

want and answer all
of your questions
about our business,

Using the information
you shared with us,
we’ll build an
individualized plan
that shows you the
steps to reach your

DELIVERY MEETING
We present you our
recommendations for
building wealth and
moving toward
financial success. It’s
a discussion, not a
lecture. Let’s make
this work for you.

make sure that you
stay on track
throughout the year.
MONITORING
Your plan doesn’t
have time to get
stale. We’ll constantly

loan! Let’s get to
work on your next
goal.
OUR PROCESS
LOOKS MORE LIKE A PARTNERSHIP
5. YOU’RE IN GOOD COMPANY AT PLUMTREE
We help young professionals grow their wealth while moving through some of the most important
and complex stages of their lives:
Amanda called us when she graduated
college. She had just gotten an awesome
job and was bringing home a nice
paycheck. Although her father was
financially savvy and gave her excellent
advice, she felt it was time to go
independent. We've helped Amanda
choose benefits at her employer,
determine how much to put away in her
retirement plan, choose the funds to invest
in there and start her own personal
savings plan. We're also happy to
announce that now we help Amanda and
her S.O., Joseph, plan their future
together.
Bob and Jeanne got in touch with us right
after they got married. It was time to
combine finances, develop common goals
and work on a plan for their financial
future. But, before we could even have our
first meeting, they found the house of their
dreams and our introductory meeting
turned into a "how much house can we
afford" meeting. They are now living in a
wonderful new home in Philadelphia and
talking about starting a family.
Joseph just graduated from medical
school and has landed a job with a
significant salary. Thank goodness for that
because he has more than significant
student debt. Unfortunately, he’s been
hired as an independent contractor -
without benefits. We worked with Joseph
to set himself up as a small business so
that he could build his own retirement
plan. Paying off the school debt is more
complex and will be revisited often. For
now, he is staying with an income based
plan, even though he could refinance for
less. Why? This job doesn't seem very
stable and the federal loan program offers
more forgiveness than any private loan.
6. Beth D'Andrea started her advisory business in 2007 with
the goal of providing the highest quality fee-only,
independent guidance to individuals and families who wish
to reach their financial goals
Believing that financial planning and investment advice is
important to everyone, she developed several different
delivery models to appeal to many clients along the
investment spectrum. Specializing in helping young families
and individuals get on-track to financial success, Beth
especially enjoys helping clients reach important milestones
like saving for college or a long-awaited honeymoon or
second home.
Outside of the office, Beth enjoys ruining dinner
conversations by saying things like, “Oh, you just turned 50?
Happy Birthday! Did you know you can now put $6,500 into
your IRA?”
