What’s Your Why?
T4 CURRICULUM
Our secret sauce.
Our T4 curriculum has been developed over seven years, with our founders in mind. We tackle
topics that entrepreneurs must consider as they build their company. It’s grouped into four phases
and is carefully woven into each level of The Gauntlet.
●  TRACTION - This is marketing, sales, advertising, public relations and any other item that ultimately
contributes to driving revenue.
●  TEAM - You’ll go nowhere without the right cofounder and team backing you up. In this phase, we talk
hiring, firing, onboarding, team management and more.
●  TECHNOLOGY - This is all about product development. Helping you shape your MVP, beta and
eventual release, with feedback from experts along the way.
●  TREASURE - This is about finances and revenue. Preparing you for investor meetings, budgeting,
financial modeling, fundraising and exits.
●  Bonus! THE PITCH – An entrepreneur is always pitching and building relationships. From investors,
to customers, to new recruits, articulating your story is essential.

HOW

with mentors. Begin weekly reporting.
LEVEL TWO
Build.
OBJECTIVE
Continue customer discovery with a Minimally Viable Product. Build your

investment.
HOW
Develop weekly sales goals with >10% growth as your success factor.
