ASA Codes
Number Name Brief Description
1 Compliance Don’t add any false or any offensive images that could break advert
laws or ay laws in general.
2 Recognition of
marketing
communications
Make sure that it is visible to the buyer that the advert that you
have made is actually and advert. Do this by using logos, slogans
and making it look like an advert. As some children might think it is
real and try what happens in the advert.
3 Misleading Adverts Have the advert so it doesn’t give off any misleading or false
information to the buyer. This could be about health benefits, luck
or anything that might not be true about the product.
4 Harm and Offence Do not target certain people or social groups in a negative way, and
do not add any words or images to offend anyone as this might be
put as a complaint and wont be shown on TV.
5 Children Make it appropriate for children as they might see it and do not
promote or pressure children to buy it or show dangerous
behaviour
6 Privacy Make sure you have peoples permission before using there image.
13 Food, food
supplements
and associated health
or nutritional claims
Do not promote unhealthy habits and don’t show any health
benefits that the client may get.
Try not say any positives or negatives that you can get from
drinking the product.

I will want the advert to be persuasive so
that it makes the client want to by my

product.

I would like the client to be interested
in the product and adverts so that
there are more likely to buy the
product.
I could have the different
flavours of the product to
increase the amount of
products advertised.
I will want the advert to have some sort of
Catchy tune or slogan so that the audience
Remembers the products and feels the want to
buy it.
The advert could be themed
For the season that the advert
is released, to give different
ideas. Linking for the
welcoming and fun
theme, another theme
for the advert is family
and friends to share
together and fun to
show different
perspectives of how you
can be with others.
On one poster I
am wanting it to
tell the audience
about the
different Flavours
and versions of
the product that
Coca-Cola does.
Mind Map
• Strengths of using this method- By using a mind map, it allowed me to put all
my advert ideas together so that it can be easily seen. It allowed me to like other
ideas together so that I can make more points for different categories.
• Weaknesses of using this method- Unfortunately while using this method to
put down my ideas I was limited with room and how many ideas that I could put
on the document.
• Did you like using this method? Why? Overall I did like using this method as it
did allow me to compress all my ideas into one place even though I was limited to
what I can put. It also allowed me to link my ideas to different points so that it
shows more than one perspective.
Mood Board
Perspective
Mood Board
• Strengths of using this method- a good thing about using a mood board is that
you can see the ideas that you want in front of you as an actual image and see
them together. It allows me to see how my different ideas work and look together
and if they don’t then I can change it.
• Weaknesses of using this method- Unfortunately when using this format it is
limited space like the mind map and I can not elaborate on my ideas for why I am
wanting to use them specific images. It also doesn’t allow me to link any images
together for the theme and say any positives or negatives that I think about the
specific image.
• Did you like using this method? Why?- I did like the idea of portraying my
advert ideas as a mood board as it did give me more of an understanding of what I
wanted my advert to be like. There is the down side that I can’t say why I have
chosen them images but, this way I can see how my ideas look with each other.

Fonts I don’t like.
Fonts that I do like.
I put these in the fonts that I like as I feel that they will go well
with the theme for Coca-Cola, and that it will suit it a bit more
than the rosewood std regular for example.
I put these fonts into the category that I don’t like them as I feel
that they won’t look very good for the advert and that It could
distract the audience for the point that I am trying to make for
the product.
Magneto
Style Sheet
• Strengths of using this method- This is a good method as it allows you to
explore loads of different fonts that could be used in your advert. It also allows you
to add the colours that could be used for the fonts on the advert.
• Weaknesses of using this method- With this process it can be very hard to
elaborate on the reasons and benefits of using the colours and font ideas. Also by
using this method you can not link ideas of colours with fonts and you can not say
which you prefer more than others.
• Did you like using this method? Why?- It is a good method to a point as it
does allow you to see your fonts and colours together but overall I don’t like the
format of a style sheet as you can not elaborate on your reasoning and say
positives and negatives about the ideas.
Layout Plan
Layout Plan
• Strengths of using this method- This method is good as it allows you to see you ideas
and how they will all look together. This will allow you to see if you ideas actually work
together and allows you to change any of the ideas if it doesn’t look good. It also allows you
to explore different ideas and see which one looks better.
• Weaknesses of using this method- With this process you are limited to the amount of
ideas you can add to the layout as you may have many ideas and can not fit them all on. Also
by using a layout plan, it will be time consuming finding the perfect picture for the plan, and
deciding colours and the font that you like the most and think will work the best for it.
• Did you like using this method? Why? I liked using the layout form as it did give me a
good chance to see how my actual idea looked like and allowed me to change any ideas that I
didn’t like to something that worked better and suited the project.

For the plot I am
going to want Easy for
the listener to know
what Happening as
they wont be able to
See what's happening
so you have to make
it clear
For the slogan I am going to
want something that is
memorable for the people
listening as then it will be
easier for them to realise it is a
Coca-Cola advert
I am wanting to try
and stick with the fun
family and friends
together.
I am wanting the radio
advert to sound welcoming
so that the people listening
are going to want to get a
Coca-Cola.
For the music I am
going to want it to have
a upbeat song in the
back ground to get rid
of any of the silence
between conversations.
I am also going to
want a memorable
jingle that people will
remember at the end
of the radio advert.
I can use the narrative
to help put my point of
the plot across.
For the radio advert,
depending on what the
plot is I can use
different sound effects,
for example I can use
firework sounds for fun,
or wildlife sounds if I
wanted it to sound
more adventurous.
I could also use some
Foley for footsteps,
breathing and any other
sounds effects needed.
By adding Foley to the
radio advert it will
give more detail for
what is happening.
snappy
For radio adverts the description is one
of the main key points as it allows the
listener to understand what is
happening and follow the plot
I want to have calm sort of music so
that it doesn’t distract the listener
from the actual advert itself
As my theme s family and
friends sharing together, I
do want the music to be
fun so that it helps stick to
the theme and gets it
across.
I am wanting the voice of the
narrative to not sound to
serious as that will not sound
welcoming as that is how I am
wanting it to sound
With the narrative I can also say
about the new and different
flavours that coca cola has as that
is also one of my themes.
I will try and mention the new and
different types of the product that
there is. This can increase peoples
interest and the amount of the
product that is sold.
The advert
can also be
altered for
the different
seasons .
As at the moment its
around summer time, I
am wanting the advert
to have a summery sort
of theme to it.
For the slogan I could use a
different voice to say that as
that will help the slogan to
stand out for the rest of the
advert.
As the advert is set in the summer
time, I could have friends and family
having fun together sharing coca
cola’s. this links the theme to the
advert and makes it sound fun and
welcoming for the listener.
Overall, for the plot I am going to try link as
many of the themes that I have planed, into
the advert to make it more factual and fun for
the listener. This will all have to be compressed
and snappy so that it fits into the time barrier
of 20-30 seconds which Is the average advert
time.
Brainstorm
• Strengths of using this method- This is a really good method as it allows you to start
thinking about how you are going to have the advert with no visuals. It makes you think more
in detail how you are going to get narratives and your point across is a short space in time
and without any images to help. It also allowed me to link different ideas and points together
to allow me to expand on points that I have made.
• Weaknesses of using this method- With using this method you are limited to what you
want to explain. It also makes you have to compress you wordings a bit more and if you o
what to say more then you have to decrease the word sizing which can make it look messy
and harder to see. Different ideas might overlap different points and you might accidentally
end up repeating a few things that you have said in another point.
• Did you like using this method? Why?- I did like using this method as it did make me
think about what I needed to say as I didn’t have a lot of room to type. Also another reason I
like using the Brainstorm method is because I could start to explain what I was personally
wanting for the sounds and narratives for the radio. It was hard to think of ideas as I can not
use any images to help get the points across but it did make me think about how to get
points across and why I wanted to do certain things.
Informal Pitch
• Strengths of using this method- The good thing about this method is that it allows the
group to work together to explain their idea to the teacher. The teacher can also tell you any
strengths and weaknesses about your idea that you can then go an reflect on. It allows you to
share your own ideas and combine them to make a stronger idea. It allows the teacher to see
how well the group is doing and help them in giving them advise for Foley and changes they
might have to offer.
• Weaknesses of using this method- There is a chance that the teacher might not fully
understand your idea if you haven’t put it across correctly. Also when doing an informal pitch,
It may take a small or large amount of time to get your idea ready to present and explain
what you are wanting to say. When sharing your ideas with the group it also may take a while
to decide on different key points due to disagreements and trying to make the idea more
how they want it for the pitch.
• Did you like using this method? Why?- I did like using this method as it allowed the
group to share our own ideas with each other. By doing this it allowed us to combine
different parts about our ideas. This then made the idea stronger for when we present the
idea. I liked getting feed back on the idea as it gave us knowledge on what was good about it
and what we need to think about for when making the audio for the Foley.
Group Idea Generation
Group Idea Generation
• Strengths of using this method- A very good thing about this method is that is allows the group
to share a multiple of ideas and choose the best parts from them. It then allows the group to
combine ideas to make it as good as possible. Also it makes the idea stronger and more varied on
the possibility's of outcomes. It allows the group to get more detail about the idea as they discuss
and plan every stage of the plot.
• Weaknesses of using this method- when sharing ideas with the group there can be
disagreements with others as some of the members might want one idea being down, where as
another might want a different idea. This means that it may take a while to sort things out and to
try come up with a good idea that everyone likes. As there might be some disagreement then it will
take longer to figure out important detailed features such as the theme, plot and Foley for example.
• Did you like using this method? Why?- I did like using this method as it did allow the group to
share the best part about our idea to make a new and improved idea. I allowed us to contribute
ideas to it to allow us to make a stronger idea which we all liked and we thought was good. It also
didn’t take us long as we all liked the idea the we produced and we was able to come up with an
idea and pitch very quickly with a lot of detail.
Formal Pitch
• Strengths of using this method- Writing the formal pitch is good method as it allows the group
to work together to explain your idea in more detail. This simulates the same sort of experience as
in a real day to day version of a formal pitch. Using a formal pitch gives you a lot of room to expand
and develop your explanation. This method also allows the group to work as a team to discuss how
they want to word there idea. Formal pitches makes you explain in more detail, such as the areas
that the advert will be shown in, if it will offend anyone and copyrighting. It also allows the group to
develop different aspects of the idea due to the required needed for the pitch.
• Weaknesses of using this method- This method is time consuming as the group might have
not thought about specific aspects and will have to spend time discussing. It will also take time as
you need to fully explain in detail and figure out how you are going to word certain key points. In
some cases there might be disagreements for the formal pitch such as the placements the advert
will be broadcasted and about if someone things a certain part is offensive or not.
• Did you like using this method? Why?- I did like using this idea as it allowed the group to
explain and expand on different points. It did take I little bit of time as there was some points that
we didn’t think about, which is good as it allowed the group to develop our idea a little bit more
and think about key points we hadn’t yet thought about. It also allowed us as a group to discuss and
work out key aspects and allowed us to wordings.
Initial Reaction
Initial when I found out about the advert-game I was pleased as I
am good at drawing and I enjoy it, this allows me to draw up a
character for the advert that I want to make. I will also be able to
use photo shop to make the character. I was a little worried that I
wont be able to have an idea and that it might not look good. I
am going to use the western theme from the radio advert as it
links to it and is a good theme to make the game for.
Initial Reaction
• Strengths of using this method- this method allows me to think more in detail
how I am feeling about this part of the project. I also allows me to track down my
mind-set and any idea that might have. It also allows me to link to my existing
ideas.
• Weaknesses of using this method- it is time consuming as I had to think
about things that I didn’t fully process and think about. Also it was a little
bit boring to have to write it up.
• Did you like using this method? Why?- I did enjoy this method as it
allowed me to think of things I didn’t pay much attention to.
Sketches
Sketches
• Strengths of using this method- It was good to use this method as it
allowed me to see how my character ideas would look like. You can also
change any ideas that you might have or correct anything. It allows you to
use the software of Photoshop to make the sketches.
• Weaknesses of using this method- if you don’t know how to use
any software's or if you can not draw then it might be hard to do this
method. Also if you don’t know any ideas then it will take longer to make
the sketches.
• Did you like using this method? Why?- I did like this method as I
am good at drawing and using Photoshop so it allowed me to make the
characters well. Also it was good to see my sketch ideas next to each other
to make sure that the do look good.
Formal Proposal
• Strengths of using this method- This method as it allowed me to work on my own
develop my ideas a lot more. This is good as made me think more what my aims for the
advert was and made me think about it more in detail. It also gives you a lot of space to
expand your ideas and give reasons why.
• Weaknesses of using this method- with this method if you do not know what you
want to do or if you are not good at thinking in detail then it will take a lot longer to
think of what to type. When you are type something up then you might think It makes
sense but the reading it might not understand. With this method you have to write in
full sentences and expand on your ideas which some people might struggle with.
• Did you like using this method? Why?- I like this method it allowed me be more
individual and think of the ideas and develop them on my own. It also gave me lots of
room to expand on the ideas and give reasons for anything that I chose to do. Even
though it took me I awhile to think of ideas It made me think more in-depth and in
detail about what my plans where.

  • 3. Mind Map Coca-Cola Target audience Age- 16 to 19 year olds, As these are the most Common ages range of People that buy Coca-Cola. Gender- I will target it at all Genders so that I am not just Targeting one gender and that Everyone feels that they can Have it, meaning more people Shall buy it Images Colours Theme Bright Not to in your face Traditional red cola can Fun Intentions So that more people are interested in and are wanting to buy Coca-Cola. To show that it’s a good drink to try Text informative Not misleading Bold Friends and family together sharing a coke together to help link with my theme. Fun Traditional cola red to make it easier to know it’s a advert. Young people Slogans Memorable Catchy A recognisable tune Coca-Cola’s main colour Is the colour red and by Adding this colour It will be easy For the client to see what I am trying to sell The Coca-Cola Logo so it is easier For people to recognise To make the target Audience interested in buying the product I am promoting I will want the advert to be persuasive so that it makes the client want to by my product I am promoting and not a other product. Thirsty people that want a drink Vibrant colours that Stand out a bit so that It catches the buys Eyes and makes them want to Take interest in it. I would like the client to be interested in the product and adverts so that there are more likely to buy the product. I could have the different flavours of the product to increase the amount of products advertised. I will want the advert to have some sort of Catchy tune or slogan so that the audience Remembers the products and feels the want to buy it. The advert could be themed For the season that the advert is released, to give different ideas. Linking for the welcoming and fun theme, another theme for the advert is family and friends to share together and fun to show different perspectives of how you can be with others. On one poster I am wanting it to tell the audience about the different Flavours and versions of the product that Coca-Cola does.
  • 4. Mind Map • Strengths of using this method- By using a mind map, it allowed me to put all my advert ideas together so that it can be easily seen. It allowed me to like other ideas together so that I can make more points for different categories. • Weaknesses of using this method- Unfortunately while using this method to put down my ideas I was limited with room and how many ideas that I could put on the document. • Did you like using this method? Why? Overall I did like using this method as it did allow me to compress all my ideas into one place even though I was limited to what I can put. It also allowed me to link my ideas to different points so that it shows more than one perspective.
  • 6. Mood Board • Strengths of using this method- a good thing about using a mood board is that you can see the ideas that you want in front of you as an actual image and see them together. It allows me to see how my different ideas work and look together and if they don’t then I can change it. • Weaknesses of using this method- Unfortunately when using this format it is limited space like the mind map and I can not elaborate on my ideas for why I am wanting to use them specific images. It also doesn’t allow me to link any images together for the theme and say any positives or negatives that I think about the specific image. • Did you like using this method? Why?- I did like the idea of portraying my advert ideas as a mood board as it did give me more of an understanding of what I wanted my advert to be like. There is the down side that I can’t say why I have chosen them images but, this way I can see how my ideas look with each other.
  • 7. Style Sheet Algerian Blackadder ITC Brush Script stdChiller Onyx Goudy Stout Calibri- Bold Old English Text Jokerman MV Boli Matura MT Script Capital Forte Castellar Rosewood Std regular Calibri- Italics Mesquite Std Mistral Fonts I don’t like. Fonts that I do like. I put these in the fonts that I like as I feel that they will go well with the theme for Coca-Cola, and that it will suit it a bit more than the rosewood std regular for example. I put these fonts into the category that I don’t like them as I feel that they won’t look very good for the advert and that It could distract the audience for the point that I am trying to make for the product. Magneto
  • 8. Style Sheet • Strengths of using this method- This is a good method as it allows you to explore loads of different fonts that could be used in your advert. It also allows you to add the colours that could be used for the fonts on the advert. • Weaknesses of using this method- With this process it can be very hard to elaborate on the reasons and benefits of using the colours and font ideas. Also by using this method you can not link ideas of colours with fonts and you can not say which you prefer more than others. • Did you like using this method? Why?- It is a good method to a point as it does allow you to see your fonts and colours together but overall I don’t like the format of a style sheet as you can not elaborate on your reasoning and say positives and negatives about the ideas.
  • 10. Layout Plan • Strengths of using this method- This method is good as it allows you to see you ideas and how they will all look together. This will allow you to see if you ideas actually work together and allows you to change any of the ideas if it doesn’t look good. It also allows you to explore different ideas and see which one looks better. • Weaknesses of using this method- With this process you are limited to the amount of ideas you can add to the layout as you may have many ideas and can not fit them all on. Also by using a layout plan, it will be time consuming finding the perfect picture for the plan, and deciding colours and the font that you like the most and think will work the best for it. • Did you like using this method? Why? I liked using the layout form as it did give me a good chance to see how my actual idea looked like and allowed me to change any ideas that I didn’t like to something that worked better and suited the project.
  • 11. Brainstorm Coca-Cola Radio Plan Music Theme Jingles plots sounds narratives animals/wildlife? Descriptions? slogans memorable catchy People together For the plot I am going to want Easy for the listener to know what Happening as they wont be able to See what's happening so you have to make it clear For the slogan I am going to want something that is memorable for the people listening as then it will be easier for them to realise it is a Coca-Cola advert I am wanting to try and stick with the fun family and friends together. I am wanting the radio advert to sound welcoming so that the people listening are going to want to get a Coca-Cola. For the music I am going to want it to have a upbeat song in the back ground to get rid of any of the silence between conversations. I am also going to want a memorable jingle that people will remember at the end of the radio advert. I can use the narrative to help put my point of the plot across. For the radio advert, depending on what the plot is I can use different sound effects, for example I can use firework sounds for fun, or wildlife sounds if I wanted it to sound more adventurous. I could also use some Foley for footsteps, breathing and any other sounds effects needed. By adding Foley to the radio advert it will give more detail for what is happening. snappy For radio adverts the description is one of the main key points as it allows the listener to understand what is happening and follow the plot I want to have calm sort of music so that it doesn’t distract the listener from the actual advert itself As my theme s family and friends sharing together, I do want the music to be fun so that it helps stick to the theme and gets it across. I am wanting the voice of the narrative to not sound to serious as that will not sound welcoming as that is how I am wanting it to sound With the narrative I can also say about the new and different flavours that coca cola has as that is also one of my themes. I will try and mention the new and different types of the product that there is. This can increase peoples interest and the amount of the product that is sold. The advert can also be altered for the different seasons . As at the moment its around summer time, I am wanting the advert to have a summery sort of theme to it. For the slogan I could use a different voice to say that as that will help the slogan to stand out for the rest of the advert. As the advert is set in the summer time, I could have friends and family having fun together sharing coca cola’s. this links the theme to the advert and makes it sound fun and welcoming for the listener. Overall, for the plot I am going to try link as many of the themes that I have planed, into the advert to make it more factual and fun for the listener. This will all have to be compressed and snappy so that it fits into the time barrier of 20-30 seconds which Is the average advert time.
  • 12. Brainstorm • Strengths of using this method- This is a really good method as it allows you to start thinking about how you are going to have the advert with no visuals. It makes you think more in detail how you are going to get narratives and your point across is a short space in time and without any images to help. It also allowed me to link different ideas and points together to allow me to expand on points that I have made. • Weaknesses of using this method- With using this method you are limited to what you want to explain. It also makes you have to compress you wordings a bit more and if you o what to say more then you have to decrease the word sizing which can make it look messy and harder to see. Different ideas might overlap different points and you might accidentally end up repeating a few things that you have said in another point. • Did you like using this method? Why?- I did like using this method as it did make me think about what I needed to say as I didn’t have a lot of room to type. Also another reason I like using the Brainstorm method is because I could start to explain what I was personally wanting for the sounds and narratives for the radio. It was hard to think of ideas as I can not use any images to help get the points across but it did make me think about how to get points across and why I wanted to do certain things.
  • 13. Informal Pitch • Strengths of using this method- The good thing about this method is that it allows the group to work together to explain their idea to the teacher. The teacher can also tell you any strengths and weaknesses about your idea that you can then go an reflect on. It allows you to share your own ideas and combine them to make a stronger idea. It allows the teacher to see how well the group is doing and help them in giving them advise for Foley and changes they might have to offer. • Weaknesses of using this method- There is a chance that the teacher might not fully understand your idea if you haven’t put it across correctly. Also when doing an informal pitch, It may take a small or large amount of time to get your idea ready to present and explain what you are wanting to say. When sharing your ideas with the group it also may take a while to decide on different key points due to disagreements and trying to make the idea more how they want it for the pitch. • Did you like using this method? Why?- I did like using this method as it allowed the group to share our own ideas with each other. By doing this it allowed us to combine different parts about our ideas. This then made the idea stronger for when we present the idea. I liked getting feed back on the idea as it gave us knowledge on what was good about it and what we need to think about for when making the audio for the Foley.
  • 15. Group Idea Generation • Strengths of using this method- A very good thing about this method is that is allows the group to share a multiple of ideas and choose the best parts from them. It then allows the group to combine ideas to make it as good as possible. Also it makes the idea stronger and more varied on the possibility's of outcomes. It allows the group to get more detail about the idea as they discuss and plan every stage of the plot. • Weaknesses of using this method- when sharing ideas with the group there can be disagreements with others as some of the members might want one idea being down, where as another might want a different idea. This means that it may take a while to sort things out and to try come up with a good idea that everyone likes. As there might be some disagreement then it will take longer to figure out important detailed features such as the theme, plot and Foley for example. • Did you like using this method? Why?- I did like using this method as it did allow the group to share the best part about our idea to make a new and improved idea. I allowed us to contribute ideas to it to allow us to make a stronger idea which we all liked and we thought was good. It also didn’t take us long as we all liked the idea the we produced and we was able to come up with an idea and pitch very quickly with a lot of detail.
  • 16. Formal Pitch • Strengths of using this method- Writing the formal pitch is good method as it allows the group to work together to explain your idea in more detail. This simulates the same sort of experience as in a real day to day version of a formal pitch. Using a formal pitch gives you a lot of room to expand and develop your explanation. This method also allows the group to work as a team to discuss how they want to word there idea. Formal pitches makes you explain in more detail, such as the areas that the advert will be shown in, if it will offend anyone and copyrighting. It also allows the group to develop different aspects of the idea due to the required needed for the pitch. • Weaknesses of using this method- This method is time consuming as the group might have not thought about specific aspects and will have to spend time discussing. It will also take time as you need to fully explain in detail and figure out how you are going to word certain key points. In some cases there might be disagreements for the formal pitch such as the placements the advert will be broadcasted and about if someone things a certain part is offensive or not. • Did you like using this method? Why?- I did like using this idea as it allowed the group to explain and expand on different points. It did take I little bit of time as there was some points that we didn’t think about, which is good as it allowed the group to develop our idea a little bit more and think about key points we hadn’t yet thought about. It also allowed us as a group to discuss and work out key aspects and allowed us to wordings.
  • 17. Initial Reaction Initial when I found out about the advert-game I was pleased as I am good at drawing and I enjoy it, this allows me to draw up a character for the advert that I want to make. I will also be able to use photo shop to make the character. I was a little worried that I wont be able to have an idea and that it might not look good. I am going to use the western theme from the radio advert as it links to it and is a good theme to make the game for.
  • 18. Initial Reaction • Strengths of using this method- this method allows me to think more in detail how I am feeling about this part of the project. I also allows me to track down my mind-set and any idea that might have. It also allows me to link to my existing ideas. • Weaknesses of using this method- it is time consuming as I had to think about things that I didn’t fully process and think about. Also it was a little bit boring to have to write it up. • Did you like using this method? Why?- I did enjoy this method as it allowed me to think of things I didn’t pay much attention to.
  • 20. Sketches • Strengths of using this method- It was good to use this method as it allowed me to see how my character ideas would look like. You can also change any ideas that you might have or correct anything. It allows you to use the software of Photoshop to make the sketches. • Weaknesses of using this method- if you don’t know how to use any software's or if you can not draw then it might be hard to do this method. Also if you don’t know any ideas then it will take longer to make the sketches. • Did you like using this method? Why?- I did like this method as I am good at drawing and using Photoshop so it allowed me to make the characters well. Also it was good to see my sketch ideas next to each other to make sure that the do look good.
  • 21. Formal Proposal • Strengths of using this method- This method as it allowed me to work on my own develop my ideas a lot more. This is good as made me think more what my aims for the advert was and made me think about it more in detail. It also gives you a lot of space to expand your ideas and give reasons why. • Weaknesses of using this method- with this method if you do not know what you want to do or if you are not good at thinking in detail then it will take a lot longer to think of what to type. When you are type something up then you might think It makes sense but the reading it might not understand. With this method you have to write in full sentences and expand on your ideas which some people might struggle with. • Did you like using this method? Why?- I like this method it allowed me be more individual and think of the ideas and develop them on my own. It also gave me lots of room to expand on the ideas and give reasons for anything that I chose to do. Even though it took me I awhile to think of ideas It made me think more in-depth and in detail about what my plans where.
