An expert in Francophone cultures and literatures, Dr. Bénédicte Mauguière regularly lectures on the subject at conferences and speaking engagements all over the world. Her first appearance came in 1988 when she gave a lecture on literary criticism in women’s writing in Québec for the conference Literatures of French Expression: Creation, Research, and Critical Theories, held at York University, Canada. Dr. Bénédicte Mauguière often gives lectures through the CIEF-sponsored events in France, the French Antilles, Tunisia, Canada, and the United States.
