2. KEEP IN MIND
• Speaking activity: Instant and instrusive
correction.
• Be careful when correcting
• Use Peers (fellow students can help)
• Identify mistake and handle it in the most
tactful way
• Praise student’s success.

3. DONT’S
• DO NOT correct everything (maybe that
certain student just did not study the lesson)
• DO NOT mention the student who made the
mistake.

4. What should we do?
• "Yes, we should always correct our students.
We owe that to them. They have the right to
know if what they are saying is correct." I
believe that by correcting them, we will help
them to avoid embarrassment and even
humiliation later on. So it is well worth it.”
