- 6. Aim Our aim is to create bread using different types of flour.

- 12. Materials/Equipment We used: * A bread maker, *Pam’s high grade flour, *Sugar, *Salt, *Yeast, *Warm Water, *Mixing bowl, *Teaspoon, *Tablespoon, *Fork, *Measuring spoon

- 15. Method Step one: First we got into groups and decided on our roles. Step two: Secondly the person who chose to get the ingredients went and measured the flour, sugar and salt. Step three: Thirdly we put the dry ingredients into a bowl and mixed them together using a fork. Step four: Someone from the group went and got a cup and a half of warm water and put that into the bread pan. Step five:Our fifth step was to put the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients. Step six: When all ingredients were together we then had to even out the surface and sprinkle 2 tsp of yeast on the top. Step seven: After the yeast was evenly spread we put the bread pan into the bread maker and set it cooking. Step eight:Lastly we ate and compared differences between the bread.

- 21. Variables The things that could change our outcome could be: Different brands of bread makers, Different types of flour and Different sorts of yeast.

- 24. Conclusion After trying both of the breads I would have to say that I think the bread made with Edmonds flour was nicer. I thought the outside was more moist and the inside was softer and more enjoyable.
