Society Tea, one of India’s oldest tea brands ventured into the online space to connect with its
target audience, build credibility and foster engagements with its consumers. In this regard we
helped them set up a comprehensive Facebook & Twitter strategy, focusing on relevant,
engaging and innovative content. Our focus is on content that is topical, newsworthy and
positive. We regularly feature stories of people who have taken the road less traveled. We also
feature positive affirmations and thoughts to bring a smile to our community. Aside from that
we regularly hold engagement activities on our page, with the engagement often being the
highest for tea pages on Facebook, almost 20%!

“We made MEN feel proud of their man fuzz and launched a
brand that made MEN’s grooming cool again!”
For ages, men were inundated with ads telling them that shaving was their ascension from
Boys to Men. Those giant razor corporations spent big bucks brainwashing men all over the
globe. That’s why Beardo was born, to cater to men who loved growing beards. And we were
tasked with launching this brand online. From conceptualising and creating the website to
developing a social media strategy, we ensured that we spoke to their target market with
innovative and often hilarious communication that made people think and bought back a
modicum of respect for the beard.

“We helped test market a deals app on social to a limited area
with great success!”
Understanding how your audience reacts to your messaging and adopts your service is
essential in order to market it more efficiently. We test marketed the Chikaku application on
social media and were able to build brand awareness and selectively reach our niche audience
with high recall for the brand.

“We helped grocery e-tailer Myonsto build brand awareness
online for their service among millennials in Ahmedabad!”
Myonsto wanted to build awareness for their brand in Ahmedabad and get people to stop
stressing about their fruits and veggies and just buy them online. Through our
communications we playfully showcased the benefits of shopping for groceries online and
how it would translate into huge savings of time and money. As a result Myonsto grew their
following online garnering tremendous praise for their exceptional customer service and
quality from the ever hungry Ahmedavadi crowd!

“We promoted a Big Sale on a Big Day for The Big Indian”
For their first foray into the online space, furniture retailer, The Big Indian wanted to promote
their Big Indian Sale online. We helped conceptualise and run the ad campaign showcasing the
clear value in price and utility that Big Indian offered and were thus able to reach a large target
audience and successfully build awareness for this young and new brand.

“We helped a brand that sold the promise of good health reach
their customers online through targeted communications that
saw their sales grow on all major marketplaces.”
Healthvit approached us because they wanted to build a digital presence for their brand which
sold thousands of vitamins and supplements on various marketplaces online. They wanted to
build their brand awareness as well as achieve growth in sales. Through a well crafted
communications strategy, intelligent design and stellar media planning we were able to reach
our audience and drive positive return on investment in a matter of months!

“We helped Only Solitaires find it’s beard on social media with a
well rounded strategy and captivating visuals.”
Only Solitaires wanted to distinguish itself from other mid sized diamond merchants and they
wanted to do so through design. We helped craft a content plan for them and set the direction
for their social media properties. With great emphasis on clean and elegant design we were
able to differentiate the brand from it’s competitors and grow it’s following online.

“We are helping people discover a new way of indulging in
heavy jewellery without breaking the bank”
Eves24 wanted to promote it’s unique offering to a limited audience of SEC A A+ segment in
Mumbai. Their concept, why buy jewellery when you can rent it. As great as it sounds, very few
women preferred renting as opposed to buying. Which meant we needed to communicate the
salient benefits renting jewellery would have on their pocket as well as their peace of mind. We
did so through targeted messaging on social media and emailers ensuring that brand recall
was high. We saw a steady rise in the number of enquiries as well during this period.

“We’re helping Bikini Shave Club launch their product in the
States and build brand awareness through viral content”
Bikini Shave Club sells shaving kits for women on subscription basis. To reach their target
audience with the right messaging they approached us. We responded by crafting
communication that resonated with their TG. Through relevant commentary and captivating
visuals we were able to build anticipation ahead of the brand’s official launch.
“A brand that sells sex got a re-education in how Indian’s
perceive sex”
When you’re in the business of selling sex, it becomes easy to lose sight of the fact that while
Indians love having sex, they don’t necessarily like talking about sex. We’re a little shy like that.
But when it comes to consuming sex related content online, we’re better than the best! With
this insight we sought out to create compelling content that could inform, delight and educate
audiences online. The main idea was to get people involved in a discussion about sex minus
the guilt, apprehension and self-doubt that most Indian’s go through thanks in part to our
culture. Our work for Thats Personal was two-fold. On the one hand we were tasked with
generating conversations on social media and on the other hand we had to educate people
without being preachy and boring. We came up with interesting and catchy content angles on
social media like, Sexpedia, Sextoids, Special Days, Quotes and Engagement based content. To
educate customers we came up with an e-mag called DROOL (Dating Relationships Orgasms
Obsessions Love) which included a number of articles both educative and delightful without
being click baity and overtly controversial! With an engaged social media fan base we helped
Thats Personal get noticed and build it’s brand online!
