13. A more diverse and aging workplace is growing each an every day. Managing the day to day differences
amongst ethnicities, generations, religious beliefs, cultural differences, sexual orientation, and other factors
will be more difficult as the workforce grows. Compliance training is a great way to ensure an organization

18. Chapter 1: Introduction to employee training and
development gave us some foundational pieces of
which training programs are built upon. As the
syllabus stated, you will have a final project that will
require group work. In your groups you will be tasked
in developing a training program for your organization
(past, present, or fictitious). Although I encourage you
to try to solve a problem facing your organization,
because this may open doors for the advancement of
your career or as an example of your skillset to a
potential employer.
We will discuss the details of the project in depth
during lecture, if you have questions always feel free
to reach out to me.
