This document summarizes a housing survey of St. James Street west of Mansfield University. The survey found that the street is 100% residential and houses are well-maintained with consistent architectural design. Sidewalks and streets are in good condition, though some electric and cable wires run disorderly between poles. Based on observations, the report recommends switching to underground wiring and installing newer, more efficient streetlights to improve the neighborhood's aesthetics and residents' well-being.
