Synopsis
BLM Enterprises (BLM) is a progressive Construction Management company headquartered in Hartford, Connecticut.
BLM is the brainchild of Marja Alexander; a Columbia University graduate - Masters in Construction Administration;
The Pratt Institute - Bachelor’s in Architecture programs. Marja is also one of BLM’s four Partners and is BLM’s majority
Shareholder. Marja brings a wealth of vital experience to BLM having worked for decades in construction and on
multiple intricate projects such as the renovation of the United Nations Conference Building in New York.
BLM is 100% Minority-owned; A Woman and Minority-owned Business Enterprise (W/MBE) and pride itself as an exemplar
for aspiring MBEs performing in the construction trades. With a staunch commitment to exceeding clients’ expectations,
BLM remains cognizant of all project constraints with a steadfast obligation to remain within both budget and schedule.

and approval timelines, immediately adjusting as information becomes available. The effective management of
