Essentially it is the standard quality system used across PTO sites, which facilitates end to end traceability for
serialized assemblies and components, by collecting birth history data. Data is collected from various sources such
as the PLC memory, RF tag memory or PCs. The data collected enables reporting on an assembly’s build status, test
status, quality status and machining or assembly path.QLSCM also provides a quarantining system that can be used
to identify and capture units that are suspect due to a known quality concern; and prevent them from being
shipped to the downstream customer.
