STEP 1: GET ACTIVE FOR AN HOUR OR MORE EACH DAY
• HAVE A MINI WALK
• WORK A LOT
• USE STAIRS AND AVOID ELEVATORS
• DO MINI EXERCISES
• DO CYCLING OR SWIMMING

IS EQUALLY POSSIBLE TO CULTIVATE MODERATION AND BE
SATISFIED WITH ONLY ENOUGH FOOD TO MEET YOUR NEEDS.
