The targets are profiled across the length of the project with a slower start and brought forward end date to allow for set up and final administration.
As mentioned in the metrics section, the project is measured on actual savings and so a baseline review is required, to compare with a follow up review (1 year after project).. Same process for a business at all stages of taking action on environmental issues (e.g just starting, or well developed) Eligibility will be discussed later, along with the vouchers

Clients likely to go with consultants they know and trust… SMS is about to be superseeded by S3 a new database system – we are currently taking peoples details (via Lynn Allen) and storing them until such time as the new system is ready and we can upload them- so they will be contacted in due course.

The BL environmental adviser will work through the application process with the client. Polite warning – vouchers are not a ‘done-deal’ prior to panel approval therefore please do not promise clients as such.
