Total Industrial Experience: More than 2 years (From 3rd March 2014 till present)
I have more than 2 years of experience working with Tata Consultancy Services Limited as a
Support Executive / Data Analyst (L1 Support) and also involved in various testing and analysis
of modules and databases and also using the primary tool as SQL Server 2008 (SSMS).

2. Project Details:
The projects mainly deal with death care and funeral services. It is mainly finance or retail
project which helps people by providing death care and merchandise facilities and even
planning there death anniversaries. This company is governed by the concerned government
and reports are created annually and quarterly by the concerned teams which determines the
final turnover, the count of the customers, even whether the company is abiding the respective
state laws or not.
Team: I worked in the Information Support team (Consisting with 13 members) which worked
closely with the other teams (Onshore and Offshores) helping them out with the data extracts
as requested by the auditors and higher managements.
 Domain: Finance and Accounting and Retail CPG project.
 Technologies used: SQL Server 2008, Parallel Data Warehousing (PDW Visual Studio
2012)
Roles and Responsibilities:
i. Giving the System Admin support to the other team to help with their daily process
by maintaining the Black line application and tracking the day to day load of the
transaction files and modifying and filtering data according to their needs.
ii. Extracting reports according to the client requirements from the database by writing
SQL queries.
iii. Working as a team member with other teams and helping them with technical
related issues even reducing their work by writing queries and educating them about
the same.
iv. Performing regression testing on the testing environment to ensure the
performance and report the bugs before getting deployed to the Production
environment so that the other teams can work on that.
v. Performing interface testing to ensure the automated queries are extracting the
correct results according to the user requirements.
vi. Scheduling trainings with the other teams to make them aware of the working
principles of the SQL Server.

3. vii. Developing SQL queries to reduce and optimize the work of the other team and
team members.
viii. Having knowledge of data fix in the Production environment by communicating with
the DBA (Database Administrator) team and also closely working with the Data
Warehouse team for making changes to the front end applications used by other
teams.
ix. A good knowledge of handling the testing environments like OLTP (Online
Transaction Protocol) and knowing the properties of RDBMS and transactions.
x. Modifying and writing queries in MS Access environment for interface testing
purposes.
