(2005), Blended learning is a learning approach
that integrates traditional face-to-face learning
and distance learning using online learning
resources and a variety of communication
options that teachers and students can use.
Implementing this approach allows the use of
online learning resources, especially web-based
ones, without leaving face-to-face activities.
With the implementation of this blended
learning, learning takes place more meaningfully
because of the diversity of learning resources

prepare teachers who are experts in the field.

5. Advantages and Disadvantages of
Blended Learning
Excess blended learning:
1.Learning occurs independently and
conventionally that can complement each
other
2.Learning is more effective and efficient.
3.Improve accessibility. With the existence of
blended learning then learners more easily in
accessing learning materials.

6. Lack of blended learning:
1. The media required is very diverse, so it is difficult to
apply if the facilities and infrastructure are not
supportive.
2. Unequal facilities owned by learners, such as
computers and internet access. Whereas in blended
learning required adequate internet access, if the
network is inadequate will complicate the
participants in following the self-learning via online.
