as the presentation program, mobile apps,

● Add flair and formatting to your documents by adjusting margins,
spacing, fonts, and colors
● Invite other people to collaborate on a document with you, giving them
edit, comment or view access
● Collaborate online in real time and chat with other collaborators
● View your document's revision history and rollback to any previous
version
● Download a Google document to your desktop as a Word, OpenOffice,
RTF, PDF, HTML or zip file
● Translate a document to a different language
● Email your documents to other people as attachments

5. ● In Individual documents cannot exceed 1 GB
● Embedded images cannot exceed 2 MB each.
● Files uploaded, but not converted to Google Docs format, may
be up to 5 TB in size.

● Documents: 1,024,000 characters, regardless of the number of
pages or font size. Uploaded document files that are converted
to Google Docs format can not be larger than 50 MB.
