 To Whom It May Concern, (Si el destinatario es una empresa o institución) –> Terminar con:Yours
Faithfully.
 Dear Mr/Ms/Mrs/Miss, (Si conoces el apellido del destinatario) –> Terminar con: Yours sincerely.
o Mr: para hombres (solteros o casados).
o Ms: Para mujeres (solteras o casadas).
o Mrs: para mujeres casadas.
o Miss:para mujeres solteras.
3. Párrafo introductor – Razón por la que estás escribiendo (Opening paragraph – Reasonfor
writing)

4. Mostrando insatisfacción (Dissatisfaction)

8. Tu nombre completo (Your full name)
 Tras la despedida (punto 7), se pone una coma y en la siguiente línea se termina el email o la carta
con nuestro nombre completo.
NOTAS Y ACLARACIONES
 Recordad utilizar formatos formales: evitad el uso de contracciones, phrasal verbs y expresiones
informales.
