3. Please complete the form and ensure that all details are accurate. The
information submitted must match the ID and proof of address documents
you provide in the following step.

- International Passport (double page)
- National ID Card (both sides)
- Permanent Driver's License (both sides)
4. To continue the verification process, you need to prepare following
documents
1) A clear and unexpired government issued ID (with your photo),
consisting of one of the following:
2) A clear, non-electronic, proof of address (within 3 months)
document that meets the following requirements:
- Bank Statement
- Utility Bill for utilities consumed at your home address
- Tax Return, Property Tax Bill
- Election/Voters ID

Please note that:
1) Documents should be in colour, clear and visible in their entirety; and
2) Proof of residency document must be a scanned image of a paper
document, not an electronic substitute.
3) Electronic versions of proof of address (for example, e-bills) can not be
accepted.

and click to upload. If the file is uploaded successfully, a green
tick will appear at the top right corner of the file.
Please note that the maximum size of a file is 5mb

We aim to process all verification requests within 24 hours.
