Rays Enserv is installing a waste-to-energy plant in Punjab, India that uses supercritical thermal treatment technology to convert end-of-life plastic waste into synthetic fuel and syngas. The 15 tonne per day plant is at an advanced stage of installation and commissioning and is expected to complete trial runs in the first quarter of 2017. Rays Enserv was established in 2014 and uses a unique, indigenous technology to depolymerize plastic waste into usable fuel, helping address waste management and energy issues while generating jobs.

RAYS ENSERV, a Partnership Firm Established in 2014 is engaged in
conceptualizing, planning, research and development and installation of
waste to energy projects using Supercritical Thermal Treatment
Technology for the thermal de-polymerization of end of life waste plastics
to create Synthetic Fuel, an Alternate Source of Energy.
RAYS ENSERV, (RE) is installing Waste to Energy Project – 2x15 TPD of
Refuse Derived Liquid Fuels (Synthetic Oil) and Syngas from
industrial/domestic plastic wastes. The plant is being installed at village
Allowal, Bhadson Road, Tehsil Rajpura, District Patiala, Punjab.
Rays Enserv is at advanced stage of installation and commissioning of Phase
1 of the project and expects to complete trial runs within First Quarter 2017.
