Career Summary:
I have just recently moved to the area, living in a small village just outside of
Lutterworth, the move was initially stressful however now the main stuff is all sorted i
find doing the small odd jobs enjoyable as i enjoy being busy and having more than
two different jobs to do and seeing the end result once it is all done. I also apply the
same enthusiasm into my work role.
Key Skills:
 Fully conversant with inputting & updating documentation.
 Ability to work with Management at all levels.
 Production of reports for Management as and when required
 Fully conversant with all Microsoft packages.
 Liaising with Customers & Sub-contractors.
 The capability to work un-supervised.
 An ability to use a team environment to achieve "continuous improvement" and to
obtain best practice results.

Duties Include:
 keeping the Job Board up to date by researching jobs for the claimants on
that floor.
 Photocopying various documents for Advisors
 Filing / sorting in to alpha order
 keeping all stationary and advisor documents up to date to what they may
need on a regular basis
 as well as general Admin duties with in the guidelines of their systems

Administrator - SHoRes Center
Duties include:
 General Administrative duties
 Effective visitor control
 Effective operation of the company switchboard system
 Management of Internal & External post
 Stationery management (stock levels, ordering etc)
 Event organisation (offsite)
 Responsible for all Room bookings, travel and other logistical arrangements
 Update & Input of technical information created by various Project Groups
 Maintaining critical information on various pieces of equipment.
 Provide effective and efficient administrative support to the client team.
 Provide mentoring support to new starters

Volunteer Reception/Admin - SHoRes Center
Duties include:
 Fully conversant with all Microsoft packages
 Maintenance of documentation ensuring that documents are reviewed by all relevant
parties in a timely manner and ensuring that key programme milestone dates are
publicised and adhered to.
 Administer, maintain and control document tracking registers.
 Preparing routine and special management reports and presentations, utilising a
wide range of software applications.

Arches Residential Home – Cook (Priory Road, Cottingham)
Duties include:
 Undertake menu planning in consultation with the Chef.
 Oversee and participate in the preparation and cooking and serving of main meals,
snacks, cakes, etc. in accordance with specified menus.
 Ensure menus are displayed showing choices.
 Determine quantities to be cooked and size of portions to be served, taking into
account diets to meet medical, ethnic and personal needs.
 Oversee washing and cleaning of floors, crockery, utensils, work surfaces and other
kitchens equipment to ensure that the necessary hygiene and health and safety
standards are maintained in the kitchen and dining room as appropriate.
 Ensure that the appropriate clothing, including head wear, is worn at all times in
accordance with the Trust’s guidelines.
 Co-operate fully with the statutory inspections and implement recommendation as
appropriate.
 Deputise for the Chef during his/her absence.
 To undertake such other duties as may be determined from time to time within the
general scope of the post and to be aware that social activities connected with the
home may require voluntary work attendance outside normal working hours.

Volunteer SHoRes Center
Duties include:
 Provide a high quality cleaning service that includes tasks such as vacuuming,
dusting, emptying bins, and polishing surfaces/floors
 Dust/polish all equipment
 Vacuum carpet
 Wipe all surfaces
 Sweep and mop the floors
 Clean sinks, taps, draining board and basins
 Clean each toilet
 Brush and mop internal entrance stairs and first floor stairway
 Notify administration when materials are running low so that they can be ordered
centrally
 Leave any dirty dusters etc for washing near the sink

Kitchen Assistant - Shores Diner
Duties include:
 Cleaning Tables

 washing pots and cleaning up at the end of the day

Duties include:

required
 Comply with all health and safety and hygiene regulations.
