Designation: Executive - HR
 Key role in New Resource Allocations and their trainings (cross-skilling & up-skilling), employee engagement, offshore
and onsite travels of the employees to Exit formalities for the Enterprise Services Technology group primarily within
the Banking & Financial Services and Healthcare domains
 Liaison with senior technical resources and business leaders to ensure perfect mapping of resources
 Spearhead recruitment, compensation & benefits and Line HR functions to provide solutions to business
 Gained experience on ERP systems like PeopleSoft and other custom software applications
 Part of the ‘SCRATCH’ team in setting up a new account for Syntel, and prepared client facing presentations, War
room proposals apart from Mainframe development
Requirement Handling:
 Internal sourcing SPOC for Overall ESG demand for all domains.
 Work closely with the delivery in understanding their resource requirement both immediate and the future needs.
Interacting with ESG Practice Directors and Account leads, to track the progress or bottlenecks in offshore activities
and identification of alternate strategies, as needed.
 Validating the open requirements with all BU/DU’s and prioritizing the critical ones for quick closure
 Track resource fulfillment on daily basis in close interaction with the Recruitment team for fulfilling the immediate
requirements and also build a healthy pipeline for the forecasted requirement.
 Managing the recruitment engines both at offshore & onsite
 Releasing SCALE postings for open requirements SO (Service Order) validation on regular basis.
Bench Management:
 Keeping track of bench resources, rotating them for opportunities across verticals/Sub-verticals
 Keep close track of non-billed resources, thereby optimizing the utilization - increasing the Billable HC
 Adept with preparing Head Count, Non Billable, Open Requirements, and other reports
 Resource release tracking and feedback maintenance.
RMG Operations:
 Inducting new arrivals for the location and completing their allocations.
 Validating and authorizing the transfer requests and process , in-line with the company policy
 Co-ordinate separation process of bench and non-deployable resources in-line with the company & statutory policies
 Maintain Skills & Resume of the employees in the tool
 Develop personal/professional rapport with all employees to understand their concerns, aspirations etc.
 Working on cross-training/re-tooling of un-utilized and aspiring resources
 Tracking on hiring status (Onsite & /Offshore)
 Rotation of buffer resources
 Rotation of Visa ready resources
 Scale Rotation – Rotation of resources who have completed 12 months and above in same project.
 Utilization report maintenance (LOB & Vertical)
 End date release tracking
 Hands on experience on working on ERP/PeopleSoft
