telematics solution to their customers. Their ‘plug and play’ technology is built with flexibility in mind;
whether your required solution is based on driver behaviour, charging by the mile, reducing claims costs,
or all of these, they provide a simple and cost effective way to deliver your telematics proposition
Insure Telematics Solutions (ITS) was established to capitalise on the emerging Telematics Insurance
industry. As one of the development companies providing the early adopters in the UK market, they
have hands on practical experience of what works well now, and insight into what the future might bring.
ITS has involved in the following:
a) Device supply through to ‘end to end’ solutions
b) Telematic data collection (To identify the genuine claim)
c) Telematics data and analytics – For FNOL alerts and to study crash impact
d) Consultancy services
Telematics insurance is car insurance where a telematics box is fitted to the car. The telematics box
which measures various aspects of how, when and where you drive, speed of the drive, motor way miles
etc. Then these data are collected for analysis purpose (like safe driving) and to produce claims.
The main objective of this project is to provide telematic insurance solutions to the car. When the car
insurance policy is created, the telematic device will be fitted in to the car. After successful installation,
the device will send the information of the car (like time of day/night, speed, motar way miles, total miles,
journey data, impact data) to the ITS system. The data which is collected from the device is stored in ITS
system for analysis like how safely the driver drives the car and also helps in processing the claims for
insurance. Telematic technology also helps the car driver to drive his car in a safer way. Also machine
learning capability is provided to check whether it is genuine accident and send mails to respective
recipient about the accident.

The Electric Insurance Company® name derives from historical relationship with one of the world's
largest and most respected companies — the General Electric Company®. Back in 1927, Electric Mutual
