I am currently within the Audio Visual Industry, with more than 10+ years’
experience. I have a background in Inside Sales, Account Management, Marketing,
and Client and Product support. I have obtained many specialized certifications
within my previous positions which has improved my approach to each of my tasks. I
also strive to stay current with any necessary and voluntary certifications to increase
my business acumen. I have experienced nearly every facet of the Audio Video
industry in the past. From system design to proposal, to the installation of the devices,
support of the devices, and also to the Sales and Marketing of these devices. I love

Troubleshot and replicated customer issues with Atlona audio video distribution
devices for possible fixes/resolutions with domestic and international customers,
from both Residential and Commercial markets. Held product specific/subject
matter expertise in several configurations and audio visual devices. International
liaison support and major partners support lead. Collaborated with Tier 3/QA
Engineers as needed for escalation to provide pertinent data to progress cases to
case resolution, while documenting those details in our NetSuite CRM system.
Engaged into developing training material for Atlona product creating training
videos, and also useful Support content for our website (FAQ’s, best practices,
etc.). Assisted with the RS232 and TCP/IP programming of our devices within
various Control Systems. Specialized in RMA, sales order, and warranty
processing tasks while being highly proficient within our CRM (NetSuite). Was
tasked as administrator of Company Social Media Support websites. Held top 3

Performed the installation of screens, projectors, cameras, speakers, touch
panels, and microphones in Commercial Video Conferencing business
environments. Specialized in full rack fabrication, professional cable pulls,
clean wire/cable terminations and wire management. Tested my completed
installations and provided detailed notes to the end users and management.
Read and followed blueprints and spreadsheets to follow installation plan
specifics. Composed daily emails and spreadsheets to keep in touch with my
peers, management, and clients regarding daily progress. Completed a
contract with Google to retrofit and build new conference rooms at their main
headquarters in Mountain View, CA to accommodate GVC (Google Video
Conferencing) technology. This video conferencing suite includes full touch
panel control of monitors, audio, microphones, and camera for conference
calls, meetings, and presentations.

I physically loaded freight into multiple large aircrafts evenings at the San
Jose International Airport. Used heavy machinery to load heavy weight
containers of freight onto airplanes and into large trucks. Sorted out freight
and loaded carefully into containers based on their destination. Worked and
performed under a strict time schedule, while working in a safe manner, with
the utmost attention to detail, and performed daily checklists to re-assure

Audio Visual devices. Programmed various Universal Remotes to maximize
usability of Audio Visual systems. Safely ran various cabling throughout the
structure of the home. Built accessible and clean racks for the client. Trained
each end user and confirmed knowledge of newly installed configurations.
Performed consultations to assure client Audio Visual needs were met. Up sold
services and goods, while maintaining inventory on vehicle. Kept clear and
concise notes within internal CRM, and kept visibility of needs and work
