Production Superintendent/Ranger Project. Supervised and coordinate all aspects of work after drilling
department completed wells for production. Set up testing equipment to test wells. Bid out construction
projects to service companies to construct gathering facilities, gathering lines and compression.
Communicate daily with project manager and engineering group at main office. Supervised all contract
labor and enforced safety requirements. Monitor daily production. Helped engineering with designing off
production equipment. Helped lease operator and write daily production reports.

Production Foreman/Systems Foreman. Supervised and helped designed ESP pumps for production,
extending life of pumps through preventive maintenance. Held monthly reviews to evaluate the
performance curves to assist in prolonging and increasing life of Production equipment. Prepared and
maintained budgets. Maintained monitoring stations and quality standards. Supervised contractors,
electricians, and support staff. As Systems Foreman, assisted engineers in design and supervision of all
phases of oilfield production and gas plant construction. Supervised water flood facilities for production of
gas, oil, and water. Supervised field training on equipment and construction of facilities, gas pipeline
maintenance, Refinery, compressors and training engineers in down hole operations. Managed 84 mile
CO2 Pipeline, 25 Worthington Compressors, one booster station and all maintenance required by the
pipeline.
