Accountabilities & Responsibilities:-
Accounts :-
• Day to Day supervision of accounts, including GL maintenance.
• Preparing quarterly cash flow prediction with adequate inputs from department.
• Ensuring entries are coded correctly
• Monthly GL Reconciliation.
• Payroll processing & calculation of employee taxation and auditing of employee
tax documentations.

• Handling assessments of Income Tax, TDS & other Tax matters, if applicable.
• Handling entire transfer pricing audit
• Liaisioning with the Consultant, Auditors.
Indirect Taxation :-
• Maintaining Service Tax registers & reconciliation of the same with accounts, on
a monthly basis
• Preparation & filing of service tax returns on timely basis.
• Payment of Service Tax.
• Ensuring correct taking of cenvat credit as well as scrutinizing of vendor
invoices to check for procedural aspects
• Ensure all procedural compliance in respect of service tax is adhered to.
• Good Practical Knowledge about Excise, VAT & Central Sales tax, STDS & ESI
