• PROJECT – Phased development and expansion of cigarette production, warehouse facilities
and supporting infrastructure (1997 – 2008)
• BASE AREA – All facilities 16,000sq m, site 5.5 ha

• SCOPE OF WORK – Multi-discipline EPC contractor for all phases.. Consisted of new
production area adjoining offices and canteen. Phase 2 consisted of warehouses, offices and
workshop laboratories. Phase 3 entailed production/warehousing and loading bays 3,000sq m.

• ACHIEVEMENTS – International best in group for maintenance cost considered the highest
quality facility within the JTI Gallaher group. EPC on sophisticated close temperature control
plus-minus 1 degree Celsius. Close humidity control plus-minus 2 % as per client brief
requirements.
