The transnational dimension of the project is ensured by involving union organisations from 5 "old" members ( Denmark, Portugal, Spain, Italy and Greece ) 2 members from the 2nd recent enlargement (2004) ( Cyprus, Malta ) which have cooperated in DIALOGO.S project and will communicate their experience to 2 recent member ( Bulgaria, Romania ) partners. Beyond the 9 employees union organization, the consortium includes one University (Brunel) with expertise on the forecasting method to be implemented, a Vocational Training Center experienced in producing multinational training programs and the Federation of Greek industries as representative of the employer's organizations.

MONITORING AND EVALUATION OF ACTIVITIES The Project Coordinator shall assume overall responsibility for liaison between the Parties and the Commission concerning the Project, and for the administration issues of the implementation. The project builds upon the developed infrastructure, know-how, results and reputation gained through activities of all its members-partners. A scientific team will be formed consisting of experts on the subject and will act as a consultant on project meetings .

25. Objectives Grasp Bank employee’s opinion and expectations from changes to come in their sector. Identify best practices in addressing these changes Work Develop the web application for the completion of the forecasting survey on line from Bank employees in each country Inform bank employees in participants countries about the survey and ask for input Collect and analyse data from the survey from all participant countries. The aim of the roadmap to be created is to map out the expected and desired future for Bank employees in the form of prevalent visions in the community at large. The roadmap will assess the maturity of current status, identify current and emerging trends and capture desired future states, and perform a gap analysis of what is expected and how the change can be smooth. A roadmap is a tool for collaborative strategic planning, that enable us to make strategies and take actions towards the desired future, with special emphasis on anticipating changes in Technologies and new business opportunities. It is a time based plan that defines were we are, where we want to go and how to get there.
